Bisk offered an online course on negotiations through the University of **********. I was signed up for the class and had paid for the first portion of the class materials when COVID happened. The class was canceled and no materials were ever sent for the canceled class. Bisk has been continually contacting me for FOUR YEARS to collect $52, which they believe to be the " balance" of the course material (that they never sent) for the class they canceled. I have called, emailed, spoken to everyone I can find, to no avail - every time they say it's resolved, I receive another bill. At this point I am not sure if this is a scam or even legal - since they're charging me for materials they never sent for a class that they canceled - and I cant imagine this is what the University of ********** wants their name associated with.Business response

The details of the student's file have been reviewed by our compliance and accounting department. Based on our findings it was recommended by compliance to remove the balance from the student's account.The process has been started and communicated with the student who is satisfied with the outcome.Customer response
