- Additional Info:BBB has received a pattern of complaints alleging issues with incorrect items received, ordered items not delivered, and consumers not being able to reach the business.
On April 2013, BBB contacted NPB Advertising Inc. aka Pure Green Coffee, requesting information as to why the business believes the customers are filing the complaints, and what actions the business has taken to help eliminate the causes of complaints.
On April 23, 2013, the business has addressed with the below statements:
We retained a company for customer service. We have noticed a disconnect in our customer service policies being applied to our customers in practice. We also tested a trail offer of our product.
However, we began noticing an excessive amount of refunds and orders due to customer confusion with terms and conditions not meeting their expectations.
At this time we have hired an in-house compliance director who pro-actively handles customer satisfaction concerns. We are also working on getting an in-house customer service center to mange and watch over our customer service issues, insuring our policies are followed and our customers are being taken care of in a timely and respectful manner.
BBB again contact the business in July 2014 regarding the pattern of complaints, however did not receive a response from the business. - Additional Info:Nicholas Congleton, Owner, is also Managing Member of Suncoast Vacations.
