I want them to stop sending and cancel the product! There is no address on the packaging or invoice or phone number to call. I have tried multiple #’s and none work. I honestly am at wits end to get these to stop coming! Help!!

This was false advertisement I was charged 198.00 and 49.68. I was under the impression I would only be charged 39.00. I have attempted to call the 1-866…number posted on my credit card transactions which will ring and immediately hang up. This product did not work and these charges are outrageous.

Got product 2 months ago, they charged me 195.00+ for 5 bottles of keto+ gummies. Then , yesterday they me another 5 bottles, and charged me another 195.00 + from my account. which I didn’t order. I tried to find a website, but there is no way to cancel this subscription. The phone number ( no one answered). Not happy with subscription and want to cancel asap. Please help me accomplish this task. Thank you.

The same exact thing happened to me just like all the other customers. Its a SCAM! I couldnt click out of the other box either for the detox pills, which I didnt want but they sent them anyway! I tried everything possible to contact them and I GOT NOTHING FROM THEM!! So, I called my credit card company to CANCEL this card and now they are sending a new one! Im SO SICK OF ALL OF THESE INTERNET SCAMMERS!!!! I think that the ****************** should really be doing something to SEEK OUT ALL THESE LOW LIFE SCAMMERS, this is too much!! Create jobs and hire lots of IT people who will know how to get to ALL these SCAMMERS and SHUT THEIR **** DOWN, then Locate them and throw their lame ***** in jail!! BECAUSE THIS NEEDS TO STOP NOW!! No wonder WHY this country is going down the TOILET!!!! Extremely FRUSTRATED

I was charged for products I didnt order! I tried to call , but I couldnt find any phone number for them !! They are a crooked company! !!!!!

I was looking at potential options for the best type of supplement support for weight loss, and when I was going through, it auto-filled all my card info without me confirming. The payment went through, and I thought I was being charged $39 something and ended up being charged $119. This is not okay and the fact that the customer service is no where to be found on the website is something that needs to be changed. I have emailed for a refund, but have received no response. This is ridiculous

Can someone please tell me the customer service number for this scamming *** place!? I was charged 199.98 today for a bottle that was suppose to cost 39.99. Then they ask you in you want the detox bottles as well and there was no place to say no,the only option was to continue! Pure scam! It's only been hours and I want a refund NOW! THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM, DO NOT ORDER!

TOTAL SCAM AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My experience has been much like the other customers who have been scammed by Pro Burn into thinking they were being charged $39.88, only to find out the amount was $199.88. When I called the day after ordering, I was told you have to buy so many bottles to get the discounted price, and also that I signed up for detox bottles which I did not. They also said they couldn’t cancel the order. The next month, more bottles were shipped, and another $199.98 was deducted from my checking account. I called, spoke to Madison, and was given a return number. I returned all bottles, except one, on 6/3/23. They received my package on 6/5/23. I have called three times since then. Every time, they said my refund would be coming within 2 weeks. Today I called. The customer service representative said they received my package and there was a $5.00 restocking fee PER BOTTLE. I said I had never heard of a restocking fee and asked to talk to a manager. I was given a man, Jeeel, who didn’t speak English very well. He told me I was being credited for $199.98 for my second shipment, but not the other money paid for my first shipment since that could not be returned. I told them they have the product, and that I want a total refund. Jeeel said that could not be done, even when I told him I was going to report the company to BBB. Also Jeeel would not give me his last name, even when asked twice.

Very disappointed. Did not know that it was so expensive. I thought I was just getting two bottles ended up getting five. And I turned right around the same day the same minute to cancel the order once I found out how much was coming off my credit card I emailed and told them not to send me the order to cancel it I've got no response by email.

Hi BBB - I am updating and reporting the ongoing experiences I've had with KETO EXTREME, since February 2022. KETO EXTREME debited an unauthorized charge my debit card account. Although KETO EXTREME acknowledges they did debit $179.99, as of June 23, 2023 this matter hasn't been resolved I've written & called their customer service telephone number ongoing and throughout all months since March, 2022. I've requested a valid email address from their billing department, but it's never been released. I've contacted Florida and Ohio state offices regarding this ongoing and still pending unauthorized debit charge repeatedly. It wasn't until my debit card company notified me, that KETO EXTREME again debited my account, after I had cancelled this service. Learning then, KETO EXTREME was sending recurring and unauthorized charges to my debit card account was shocking. I was fortunate my debit card company caught this unauthorized, unethical practice, of KETO EXTREME sending their recurring KETO EXTREME debit, while illegally charging me for products not received to my account is again shocking and deceptive. Since this was done without my knowledge or approval, I had no knowledge they had set-up recurring charges, on my debit card account. KETO EXTREME never sent any product, nor provided any service for this money that they debited my account for. Due to this pending matter never being resolved, I've already rated this company the various and poor quality and horrible KETO EXTREME customer service and more. Should KETO EXTREME choose to resolve and settle this matter, immediately, the following will happen. My personal rating, about KETO EXTREME's company, policies and business practices is ready for release. Should KETO EXTREME choose to discuss and resolve this pending matter, they should contact the BBB, pronto, so BBB can notify me. I expect KETO EXTREME will refund my money, "PROMPTLY" without further delays!
