      CBD OIL by Cheyenne Valley (on website) was partially filled out (October of 2021) then I closed their forms and x ed out of computer site BEFORE clicking the accept (send) button. I did not comply or finish with such a move or activity whatsoever. Then I got an e-mail (0n 10/12/2021) stating that I was to be congratulated for my subscription to "A free sample!" I immediately sent the business a message saying that "I had not subscribed." I also asked this rogue business how that they could send something to me anyway. Later in January of 2022 I received another shipment (second bottle) of oil. I have yet to see what I am charged with or for, or if this is charged to my credit card (which apparently was taken off their internet site by keyloggers - used without my permission). I sent that bottle back (by USPS) and was sent yet another one (by USPS). A second e-mail then was sent to inform these pirates of internet data that my body is allergic to CBD oil. NO REPLY AGAIN.

      Cheyenne Valley advertised that Phil Mickelson (PGA Professional) and his entire family were using their products for years, and Phil was endorsing free samples. On 7/7/21, I ordered off the link and was only charged shipping: $6.89 for the small CBD oil, and $8.82 for 30 CBD capsules. I received the free sample. On 7/27/21, they attempted to charge me $99.89. I disputed the charge, and was refunded 7/29/21. They attempted to charge me $99.82, on 7/30/21, it was declined and my credit card was replaced. On 8/3/21, they attempted to charge me $99.82, this again was declined. They filed a dispute with ******* ***** and I was billed $99.89, on 9/19/21, only to be refunded to me later the same day. I then received a lengthy dispute document in the mail, where they claimed I was responsible for the charge. On 11/24/21 I was charged $99.89, and when I tried to dispute the fee, my credit card company could not help me - as the disputed charge was ruled in their favor. They've supplied me with NOTHING other than their advertised "free sample - with paid shipping" promotion that Phil Mickelson supposedly endorsed.

The sample is either FREE, or it is not. I've received no additional product from this business, therefore my FREE sample was not, in fact, FREE. A "business" such as this needs to be held accountable for their false advertising and fraudulent financial practices. They are now stating that I must send them back unused portion and be charged $19.99. They state that this is a free trial period and that if I am not satisfied all I have to do is cancel within the 14 days. They also required me to pay for return shipping and there is no direct number to reach them at.

      May 20, 2021 (order # XXXXXX) I saw an ad link on CNN's website to try the Cheyenne Valley CBD oil and capsules on a trial basis. I used the link to order it, understanding it was only for a single month's supply. Instead, Cheyenne Valley enrolled me in a monthly subscription plan and is charging me monthly for this product when I didn't want it any longer and never would have agreed to a monthly subscription. They ship to me on/around the 4th/5th of every month. I want this monthly subscription stopped and charges for any months after the first reversed and refunded to me. I've tried calling but just sit on hold and no one picks up my call. The order numbers I can locate, which I did NOT place are ****** (7/5/2021) ****** (8/4/2021) ****** (9/3/2021) ****** (10/3/2021). I suspect I was also sent orders in June and November but am unable to locate those at this time.

      Original purchase date is August 7,2021. When primary amount of $8.82 and $6.89 was taken out of my account for shipping and handling of CDS Wellness...$8.82 reference #***************** and $6.89 reference# ***************** for a 17 day supply. I was only supposed to pay for shipping and handling for a 17 day supply with a money back guarantee. The business committed to provide pain relief from their products. My dispute is that I was charged full price on August 24, 2021 for the products $99.82 and $99.89. Then the end of September I received a 30 supply which I did not order after speaking with a representative for the company, I informed them I was sending it back and I did on Oct 1, 2021 with a shipping cost paid by me of $4.95. I was informed that I would receive a partial refund and after returned product was received by them and processed the remainder of money they took out of my account wound be refunded. On 9/23/2021 they charged me $99.82 reference #***************** and $99.89 ***************** for the products I sent back. Then on 9/30/2021 they refunded $35 for each total $70. The tracking # from Post Office for returned product is **********************. This company has taken a total of $399.42, I have received $70 in refund and a representative said I would receive another $92.71 and as a senior citizen on a fixed income this is unacceptable and I need my money back immediately.

      On May 17, I ordered a free sample of Kevin Costner CBD Oil with the understanding that I would be charged $6.89 for shipping & handling. There were several movie stars on this website that were advocating the use of this product and a statement from Kevin Costner as to why he was endorsing this product. I got the product, didn't like it, nor did I think it provided any benefits. On July 5th, I received another bottle of the product. I can no longer find the website that was promoting this on line, nor a phone number to contact them. I found their Tampa, Fl phone number on your site. Called them, they stated that I had not contacted them in the first thirty days, therefore I was enrolled in their monthly program for this product. Further, since I did not contact them within the 30 day trial period, I was charge $99.89 for the trial bottle in June for the initial sample & 99.89 on July 5 for my monthly subscription. At this time they canceled my subscription.
