I would highly recommend this company because the the communication, and quick response was appreciated. I spoke to a lady name Alice, and she set things up so it ran smoothly. The Gentleman who helped us was named Michael. He was prompt, personal, and professional. He got the job I wanted done quickly and didn't damage anything. ******* and ****** were awesome! They arrived on time and unloaded our pod onto the 3rd floor apartment with no elevator. They helped unpack items where asked and were very professional and friendly. Highly recommend and will definitely use for our next move!

Do not use this moving company. I was inspired to use this business, not because they were the least expensive, but because I thought I could feel good about spending money with them since this business says they only use college students in need of work to conduct the moves. They did not do a good job, padded the bill by spending more time than was needed, damaged furniture as they did not take care and wrap things and dropped several items causing breakage. After I made a claim they awarded minimal compensation (to meet FL law minimum standards) of $xxx in January, 2022. Two months later, I am still dunning them for the payment and there has been no reasonable explanation provided as to why they cannot pay it, just one excuse after another. Moving is considered the 4th most stressful thing in people's lives after losing a family member, divorce, or raising a new baby. Life is full of stressful challenges, and our goal is to help alleviate that for our clients.
We are surprised to hear of some potentially damaged items during your move. Our student movers take precautions like blanket wrapping furniture items, disassembling items, completing an inventory inspection, and documenting any potential hazards or challenges on your move before loading any items into our moving truck. The student movers focus on preventing damage rather than responding to it after, sometimes accidents can occur and luckily, we have a process in place for managing claims. Our claims team applied the valuation coverage that was included with your moving service. For future moves, you can choose a higher level of service which will have a higher price but will also include a higher level of valuation protection.
It's unfortunate that you wish to avoid our service and feel compelled to push other potential customers away. We would like to help alleviate further concerns for you because it's unusual to have negative feedback about our polite and friendly uniformed student movers. Our student movers are working towards the dream of a college education, so every positive comment helps us achieve our goals while negative reviews not only tarnish our reputation but also makes it that much harder for our hardworking teams of student movers. Thousands of excited customers have utilized our trustworthy and honest crews of hardworking college students for their home or office moves.
