I downloaded and started using this app April 7th! I followed all requirements once I requested to cashout through my PayPal on May 4th 2024 then all of a sudden with no explanation my account was closed. I did not receive my funds. I reached out to customer support and have received every excuse under the sun. At the end of the day it is just a lame attempt to not pay us for the time we spent playing these games through their app. I just want the money I earned during this time.Business response

You were using an outdated device, which you acknowledged. You also sent in your first support ticket on Sat, May 4, 2024 7:20 PM, support tickets are noted to be answered within normal business hours (Monday-Friday). There have been many correspondence back and forth with you regarding why the account was closed. Our terms of service clearly state the minimum operating system required is actually Android 12, you were using Android 9. Please refer to our Terms of Service, section 2, X. You will use the latest ********* Systems on Your mobile device and computer. This must be Android 12 or higher for Android devices and ***** or higher for Apple devices.
Attached are the support responses between you and ******, who did resolve your issue and allowed your account to be reopened.

For the second time my account has been suspended without any real information on why. Last time I had to make a public review to get any kind of attention from customer service. Once I started communicating with customer service it was very simple to resolve the issue (switch to a newer phone) and reactivate my account. The people that staff customer support are great, but unfortunately it seems you have to make a public complaint to get access to them in a timely manner. The system needs to be changed so there is greater communication between Kashkick and its users. There other platforms that handle id verification and fraud prevention with far less headaches for their users and I think I'll end up sticking with them even if the offers aren't as good as Kashkick's offers.I really enjoyed using the platform when it worked, but there are too many issues so unless things change I will stick with the lower paying platforms that actually pay.Business response

Attached is for the BBB ONLY- (PLEASE DO NOT FORWARD THE ATTACHMENT TO MEMBER, AS IT CONTAINS SENSITIVE INFORMATION) shows that they are in fact outside of the **, as their wireless operator is Airtel KE, which is a wireless carrier in *****, ******. The carrier is SaveNa Airtel Money, which according to a quick ****** search is "Kenya's fastest-growing service provider of prepaid, postpaid mobile." This complaint should not be allowed on our company's profile since they are not even in the ** and our services are only available in the **************

Our advertisers show the use of an international wireless carrier, therefore the account was closed. I was a member of kash kick for quite some time. I've cashed out once before. This second time around I was trying to cash out $31 and now its telling me my account is closed. I waited 3 days and it was pending now its saying that my account is closed. I never tried to close my account either. I tried redeeming on the 5th and today is the 10th an that when I tried logging in and it wouldn't let me. I either want my refund or sending money to the aspca company that I donated to get the 31 dollars from kash kick. Or send me 31 as what was promised in the description of the tasksBusiness response

I do believe that you got your issue sorted out with the support team, however for the sake of clarity, I will lay out here what has transpired.
Your account got closed (temporarily) because our security picked out some irregularities that did not match your login habits (Different device, different IP, different city)
Initially we suspected foul play, however after digging deeper, we concluded that your account got compromised.
We have checked and the breach did not happen from our side.
After that we have fulfilled your payment request for $31 ( You should see those funds on your PayPal today).
I know that support probably told you, however it is a good idea to change your password on your KashKick account and possibly your email.
If you need anything else from us, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

This site is super annoying, they first blocked my account for no reason, after I provided some information they reactivated it, so let's not consider this a problem.Now after I spent hours to earn some money and after trying hard to finish the games I wanted to cashout my earnings. They asked for sensitive information which was suspicious but I went for it. Then they asked for a picture of my ID!!!! LIKE common you're not a Bank, I don't approve this, won't give my ID for 200$.Anyway apparently there's no way to cashout without them taking advantage and collecting personal information about you.So take the 200$ and have fun with it, I prefer my security much more.Business response

That's not true you're not required by law to do so. Many other websites like yours don't require me to provide my ID picture.You do store my information and Plaid does share it with you according to the **** So no, I'm not willing to give you my ID and sensitive information while you're not even a verified business.
Next time inform your customers that you won't give them their money before you make them work hours for you for free.

When paying our members, we have to make sure that we are paying an actual person and that their information is who they say they are. We do NOT store your identification anywhere on our website. Arc NetworksThere is no explanation from him on why he is rejecting our response. We supplied more than enough evidence to his first response, showing not only did he interact with our support staff, he received a credit in his account and also he then responded thanking us for that. Again, we do not see this as a valid complaint and request this closed, due to lack of evidence and explanations for a second time from **** "Arc Networks" If he would like, we are happy to deactivate his account with us, seeing he is unhappy with any resolution, especially free money credits, where he thanks us for helping him. Please let us know if you would like us to keep the account open or close it for you.

I've been using kaskkick for a while and never had any problems. I've been waiting almost 5 days for my earned money to be deposited to my PayPal account. I tried logging in today and couldn't and was met with a message stating my account has been blocked due to fraudulent activity! I've contacted customer support and can't find a contact number for them but I've received zero response . This is absurd!Business response

Hello,
Your complaint regarding KashKick was found to be incorrect. You stated that customer support did not get back to your ticket, however according to our records, you contacted support on March 13th, and on March 14th, one of our representatives replied to you stating this account was not cancelled and was active. (See attachments) Then, we decided to look further following this BBB complaint and we found that you have created multiple accounts on our platform, all linking to you. This is direct violation of our Terms of Service, therefore at least two of the accounts were closed due to fraudulent behavior on our Platform. (See attachments) One account, one person.

Kashkick is a platform that publishes rewarded offers from different advertisers. I completed an offer that rewards $10 that kashkick is denying me due to the advertisers failing to track progress correctly. Apologies for any inconvenience regarding the tracking issue. I've manually credited your account with the missing reward, $10. Please note, that this doesn't resolve underlying tracking issues. I completed the offer for raid shadow legends complete level 41. I completed that on Feb 22 2024 1 day before the offer ended. Kashkick support told me that the offer did not track. On their website it shows on my account as a "in progress" offer which means that it tracked my download. They refuse to complete their end of the offer by crediting me the $80.Business response

******, According to the customer support tickets you sent and the communications back to you I show not only did they credit your account for this non-tracked event, but you replied stating that your issue was resolved. You said, "For helping me resolve the issue I will make sure to leave a good rating. Your customer service has been excellent. Thank you". I do not believe that this BBB complaint is valid since your account was credited prior to receiving this. KashKick response- We are sorry to hear about your situation, however KashKick does not or has ever had any charge related to our website. We do not collect credit card information or ask for any money. Also I have looked in HubSpot, the platform used to handle all incoming support tickets, and there is no ticket from this email address into our support department. If you used another email address to communicate with our support department, please share that information. Attached are three attachments showing no communication from you to our support department, your account with ********************** showing you signed up Sept.23rd and was last active on Nov. 23rd, and the last attachment is showing that there was never any earning activity on your account to pay out, as we are a rewards site, we pay our members, not the other way around.

I have $51 that I earned playing games. After weeks of waiting on my withdraw date as it is I finally withdrew $20 to make sure it went through before I withdrew the remaining $51. It has been well over a week since my $20 posted but they will not clear that withdraw that's complete and cannot initiate the other till they do. I have wrote Many emails and customer service tickets in the game platform with no response from them. They intentionally hold peoples money after they already earned it for a month or more. They already got paid because no other app waits this long to payout. I want my money and a promise they will operate with better business practices. I even wrote emails with ****** review in the subject line as I seen a response on BBB that a customer got back from management or the owner that said that would ensure priority but that must have been sarcasm and really only lead to ignoring my issue further. The federal trade commission will get my next complaint I promise so we can game if you like hard ball that well.Business response

I did find the account you are questioning about the payment and I show that you did receive your payment of $20 to your PayPal account for the account linked to **********************. (Please see attachment). I also show you have a balance of $51, which you have not yet requested payment for. Once you do, email ********************************** to let them know and they can make sure that it processes right away!
