We have just received three spam calls from this company that alleged we had previously requested details of ******** supplement insurance. Untrue, and apparently predatory. Please knock a star or two off their rating. We rely on you to validate the good guys, not this behavior Thanks

I fell victim to social engineering tactics when I unwittingly provided my contact information to what I believed to be a government agency, but instead turned out to be a shady insurance broker, Elite Insurance Partners. Despite my requests to stop calling and my enrollment on the do not call list, I am being harassed with multiple calls each day. It's critical that they identify themselves as not affiliated with ******** and stop violating state and federal laws. The sales representative, *********************************, and Elite Insurance Partners located at ********************************************************************************, should be held accountable for their deceitful practices.

******, we apologize for your negative experience. We always want to ensure that we are serving as a strong resource to our consumers. Please know that you have been added to the DO NOT CALL list and you will not be receiving any further communications from us. With strict regulation policies and guidelines in place we assure you we are transparent about not being affiliated with the federal government or the federal ******** program as it states in our disclaimer on our website.

      Complaint: 20191925

      ?? Dear Better Business Bureau,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the company's response to my previous complaint. While I appreciate their agreement to add me to their "Do Not Call" list, my concerns extend beyond this issue.

My primary grievance lies in the deceptive nature of their marketing practices. I was unwittingly funneled into their sales pipeline through a series of ads and pop-*** that never made it clear I was engaging with an insurance broker. As someone who is typically cautious and adept at avoiding social engineering and phishing attempts, I was surprised by the level of deception employed by this company.

Furthermore, since my interaction with them, I have experienced an influx of unsolicited calls, leading me to believe that my contact information has been sold. This is a breach of trust and an unethical practice.

To uphold the high ethical standards they claim to adhere to, I strongly urge the company to conduct a thorough audit of their entire sales funnel and marketing strategies. If they are not directly responsible for these deceptive practices, I request that they hold their subcontractors accountable and ensure that they do not compromise ethics for conversions or sell collected information.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
      Sincerely,

      *************************

in December, I signed up for a life insurance program and decided against continuing it, the following month. I requested it to be cancelled, through the agent and it was not. I noticed, in march, that it was still charging. Called their customer care and they were willing to backdate the cancellation to February 20th. Checked again, this month (May), and they only cancelled half of the charges and kept the other half. I have tried calling numerous times and they dont answer the phones. After five minutes, it says a voicemail can be left and they will call back but I have not received any call backs. I want the insurance canceled and refunded, yet it feels as if they refuse to do so. I need help.

      Hi, *******!

We see that you called in on 03/20 to cancel your policy. On 3/21 one of our support team members made contact with you and provided the carrier number for you to call and cancel the policies because unfortunately we cannot cancel an active policy on someones behalf. We have researched and show that both policies were terminated with the carrier.

If you are continuing to receive charges, you will need to dispute the charges with the carrier.

We apologize for your negative experience and will be sure to have one of our team members reach out to assist you.
