Charity at Italiano Insurance has taken care of the Homeowners Insurance Coverage for our ***** Location for years along with Auto Coverage to. She is always on top of everything and keeps us in the loop every step of the way. She makes Insurance planning so easy every time. Couldn't do this without her or the company she works for. I had an excellent experience with Italiano Insurance. They found me the best coverage at the lowest cost out of all the other quotes I looked at. *************************** is extremely knowledgeable and professional and made the process so easy for us. She also took care of my mothers insurance needs after she needed to move due to hurricane ***. Charity and the whole Italiano team made such a stressful time for my family so much better and I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future for my insurance needs. I have been with Charity H. at Italiano Insurance for 7 years when I moved to Tampa and needed auto, renters, personnal property and umbrella insurance. Charity listened to my concerns then researched different options that would be the best with reasonable rates. When renewal times are close Charity calls with reminders along with going over any changes. It is so nice to live contact with Charity and the staff at Italiano. I highly recommend everyone to call Charity and Italiano for a quote on your needs. I am very happy with their professional and personal service.Customer Response

I've been in the P&C insurance industry for over 20 years, and only trust my insurance policies with Italiano Insurance. Charity always makes sure I have the best price for the coverage I need. What good is a "cheap price" if you're not properly covered in the event of a claim? ******* has also written many policies for friends throughout the years and they are equally happy. Italiano has been our commercial insurance agent as well as my personal agent for my homeowner's policy for many, many years. Our commercial policies are customer service attention heavy and Italiano is always right there to handle more special situations than you can imagine. They have always worked hard to find the most cost-effective solutions for the varied and sometimes specialty coverages we require. Never have I dealt with a company where I received a response time as fast as hers and Charity consistently goes above and beyond to help me, always looking out for my best interest.
