BEWARE of having any of your loved ones or yourself in the mental facility they have in this hospital .... the treatment was beyond UNACCEPTABLE the nurse in charge of my loved one BULLIED her, they ignored her, she was taken off her medication which in this case could have LEAD TO DEATH, but thankfully because at this facility you are only there as a paycheck and not a person you will be released as soon as possible if you don't have insurance, and of course held longer to milk your insurance if you have it..... ALL PATIENTS no matter the reason you are there, are given visceral, which I'm assuming they are receiving kick backs from big pharma for. My loved one was ignored left in her room withdrawing / in a panicked state ... fingers tingling, lips white from severe anxiety, crying, shaking, and so mentally screwed up that she did not have the capability to go out to the nurses. When she told NURSE ***** about her not being able to swallow pills (which is a condition that both her and her mother have) she was bullied into trying, she tried twice almost choking the second time.... another nurse suggested pudding in which she said she would try but of course NURSE ***** never came back because clearly she has zero empathy for her patients, and the kicker is that she wrote that patient refused the medicine which is a LIE. I absolutely am taking this up with the hospital administration because this kind of treatment is UNEXCUSABLE. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES WITH THESE PEOPLE. She was promised a treatment plan and medication (antidepressants) to help her with her condition.... instead she was mistreated, now terrified to go into any psych facility, and written a script for visceral - which is the medication she lied about and said was refused. thanks for absolutely NOTHING but MORE TRAUMA from my loved ones stay here....Business response

I was transported to this hospital from ************************************* due to my disability condition. I insisted to go home but did not succeed. My family was there to take me home. I am a part time student (Special Need). I was later billed $875. I requested financial aid, and was advised they do not give financial aid under $1,500. Then later on, I received a bill for the physician services, then was informed he does not accept my insurance. I was never notified that this doctor that treated me from the same hospital I was taken from not by my choice, does not take my insurance. No response on any phone calls I have placed for assistance.Business response
