      I constantly get calls from this company at least 2-3x per day. As soon as I request to be put on their do not call list they hang up. I have asked politely, and not so politely to no avail. They keep calling from different numbers, so I cannot block them. I am so frustrated that they continue to call without giving me the ability to decline their "services".

The phone number associated with this complaint was not dialed in the past 45 days by our organization. Many companies share similar names. We have proactively put this phone number on our internal do not call list as we respect the privacy of every individual. There will not be any contact made or attempted by our organization to this number. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/07/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The number listed in my complaint is not the number you have been calling. Please feel free to reach out to the number provided and I would be happy to give you number that needs to be blocked. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/07/15) */ We thank you for reaching back to our company in regard to this issue. Since we have placed the phone number listed in the complaint on our internal do not call list, we can no longer dial that phone number listed on the complaint. Please notify us of the number you would like to be blocked and we will make sure there will not be any contact made or attempted by our organization to that number. That number will also be placed on our internal do not call list. Thank you again for your understanding in this matter and we wish you nothing but the best.

      This broker claims to have helped me obtain my medicare supplement insurance, which I have declined to discuss with them for security reasons. They have been calling me EVERY DAY for over a year. Each time they call, it comes in as a different number and my phone tags them as "POTENTIAL SPAM". Despite my repeated demands that they stop calling me, they continue to hound me.
