Doesnt even deserve a one star. Kept interrupting me at work. I got in trouble at because they continued to call when I told them I was making a payment that same day. Said they had a police officer go to my home and lied about it once they received payment. Would never recommend.

The store in *******, ** has processed a payment without my authorization and they waited until they closed to do it. Before this they say they can not run a payment without permission but yet they did it to me. Also, they don't have a manager to be able to talk to. ***** is the one that takes of accounts and I'm pretty sure she's the one that processed the payment.

The Buddy's location in ************* , the new manager they have is very unprofessional and mist definitely rude. I missed 1 payment and she called being very rude and wasn't trying to work with me with the payment. I love the store but some employees needs to be retrained!

I have tried to work with buddies in Tallahassee several times, my family have spent a lot of money with the company but between horrible management and furniture they want you to pay new price for it leads me the this complaint. The manager is extremely rude and made false allegations in reference to a laptop I explained was broken and he told me to keep it, then sent harassing messages stating I refused to return. The business is going down and probably just need to close out!

This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had, I ordered new furniture March 19th 2024, to this day I have never re is Ed the furniture I ordered, and on top of that the brought out loaner furniture that was broken, the movers scraped my beautiful hard wood floors and know they are refusing to fix the floor there ppl damaged! Do not due business with them, they lie, they dont provide product and are refusing to fix my floor that they damaged!

Zero stars and blatant liars. Threatening to press charges after refusing to pick up merchandise and us following contract to drop off. Ripped off my husband for thousands of dollars and lied multiple and called outside of calling hours and lied saying they would put it stolen when it was set to pick up for over a year. I will be following up with the states attorney myself and small claims and with every available recourse to report the fraudulent claims for debt collection after consistently refusing to pick up and taking advantage of a person who doesn't understand how these collections work. Outrageous garbage.

The temple ***** location is HORRIBLE! We made three purchases from them. Months after the install of washer and dryer we kept having a ***** infestation couldnt figure out why and why nothing was working! We had a rack around the washer and dryer. Once pulled the washer and dryer out we found the washer was leaking into the wall! It cause the floor to warp and a hole to under the house letting all bugs in and black mold! My husband is a 4 time vet and doesnt handle confrontation well, so I called the store and let them know what happened. Due to the mold and infestation we lost most of our stuff while trying to find somewhere new to live with 6 kids! The mounds of stuff we lost sitting in the yard for everyone to see so I know they seen this too. I contacted the store where they showed zero compassion. We were paying their insurance for it but she stayed it didnt cover this, not their mens fault they didnt hook they washer up right, I wanted to return the items where she told me they dont accept them back and even directed me to their website where it states they wont take returns back after 30 days plus because of the black mold and ***** infestation. Then they continue hounding us for a payment knowing we lost almost everything! They just expect us to foot it all!Now they are calling references and calling my husband a thief and saying they are going to take legal action! You cant even make up how badly they have treated us and this situation we are harassed daily, as is anyone number who was listed as a reference!
