This company installs for Lowes. They installed vinyl and carpet in October for me. They were not able to make a transition between the two. They had made appointments and not shown, including today when a Manager was coming to view my three problems. No show. They won't *************. I am definitively running out of patience. This is the contractor that ****** uses for their installation. We purchased what should have been very nice carpet and have ended up with staples everywhere, seams, exposed tack strip, nail heads sticking up, uneven cuts, and a HUGE headache. Absolute nightmare to deal with. Do your research and make sure when you buy a product you know who will be installing it.Floor Interior Services, Corp. Response

Hired them to install our carpet in a rental property. Received introduction text and call same day of purchase. Installed within two weeks. Nothing fancy but showed up on time and the carpet looks great. Would recommend as my experience with this company was a lot different than others.Floor Interior Services, Corp. Response

I purchased a carpet from Lowe's Clearwater, not knowing the installation contractor is Floor Interior Services, a flaky company with bad installers. The carpet was not cut correctly, leaving gaps against the wall. The installers also did a terrible job overall, especially around the edges. I scheduled a day to fix the install, but they did not show up. When calling the fake office they constantly lied about calling back or about doing anything at all. In short, they did nothing to honor the warranty or provide elementary customer service. Lowe's: please find a better contractor for your flooring installations.Floor Interior Services, Corp. After review of your installation it appears this was a defective product issue and you were refunded as you didn't want the replacement completed. The refund was for the carpet only. The installation cost of $275.29.however, was never refunded. The carpet had a flaw, but my main complain is with faulty installation and lack of will to fix it by Floor Interior.Floor Interior Services, Corp. Response

Floor Interior (Tim T*****) called me and promised a full refund for the flowed installation. Well, that never happened and they would not return phone calls.

This issue has not been resolved. Floor Interior (Tim T*****) promised a full refund of the installation cost, which was a lie. They never issued the refund and would not answer calls.
Floor Interior is a bad and dishonest company. Lowes should stop using them as a subcontractor.Review from Mallory Q

I do understand due to unforeseen issues, your installation requires a GC. Please give us a call at 813-867-4712 at your convivence. No you have not reached out! Months ago someone called and was supposed to send me something in WRITING stating everything you said I would have to do on my own first and that you would pay for it. I never got a statement confirming that and I'm not going to go off a verbal agreement with someone I don't even know over the phone.Floor Interior Services, Corp. Response

Hi Mrs. *****, I sent an email personally to you after receiving your last comment but you did not respond. After confirming with all parties as you are aware the job was out of scope which prevented us from being able to perform the work. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you but it was the right decision for you to require a GC to perform work rated beyond the standard flooring installation. Mrs. *******, I responded back to an email sent to you in September which is months after your installation began (you did respond back to this same email today) but the reason for the gap is as Lowes advised and my company your installation was "out of scope". You had a conversation on 7/9/21 with one of our managers @ 10:12am per our phone records. You advised you would discuss moving forward with your mom and call back. This by law and license requirements required a licensed GC to correct. This issue that caused the inability to move forward wasn't caused by Floor Interior Services. I do understand you were inconvenienced because of the situation but any licensed floor installation company that makes the right decision for their customers would have halted from moving forward the same as we did. You mentioned being reimbursed for needing a GC. This wouldn't be the responsibility of any flooring installer had had no participation in installing your steps and/or sub floor when the home was built/tile installed on steps by outside provider. If the issue with the stairs has been corrected then we would do everything in our power to complete this installation for you. Thank you.
