I filed taxes with them back in June 2021. I got a call a week later requesting payment. I paid them the same day I got my taxes filed. They told me they saw the payment and will send it electronically. I told them that it was suppose to be filed the same day. They said since it didn't show I paid, they didn't send it, but will send it now. I was told IRS would send me a letter in 6-8 weeks. Three months later, I never heard from them. Called Canty and asked what happened. He told me it was never filed. I asked for a refund. He said he would send it in mail and I told him I didn't trust him. I said I wasn't getting off the phone until it was resolved. He hung up on me and refused to answer my calls.Business response
