      I think this company is a Scam,they charge me ******* for 12 treatment that supposed to help my ED,issues,promessing results from the first treatment, I had 4 ***** of treatment and no results,so I stopped and requested a refunfuando to the moment company that they aply for the credit money for them to get paid,I talk 2 times with the manager to refunfuando the money for the 8 treatment I didn't have,they said they would work on that,I kept calling, no answer, went in person and found out they close the clinic and desapared.I s a scam company the let me with a debt I can't pay

      I had moved to ***** and was told I could transfer services to ** if I ever needed to. My auto pay has been paying my account balance until recently I finally found out they have closed down all business without notice for over a year as I've sent emails and tried calling without any response. My online research confirmed news media reports of business closing its doors without notice to any patients. As of today I have stopped auto pay and will try to fight for refund of all money and termination of remaining balance before collections. I have created a case for review of my account with finance company and will notify my bank.

      date of transaction and first treatment was Nov 19,2022. total amount of $6000.00 was paid on that date. Treatment was acoustic wave therapy for erectile dysfunction. Initial treatments were so we could apply for a refund. I could not get in touch with anyone. I called the clinic on a couple of different occasions and spoke with ****. He said he'd get in touch with them to contact me. That didn't happen. When I again called and spoke with ****, he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about but said he would contact them. in the meantime, I found out that the address was an email. I was not able to get ahold of them until May 22, 2023. They replied by email asking when the treatments were started. After that nothing. I email a few more times but nothing. Now the email comes up as, address not known, and the clinic phone number has been disconnected.

      Highly touted by local ********** for the successful treatment of ED; *********** timeline for me would have been March 24, 2023, with full payment (of $7,100) and the first treatment on same date, 3/24/23. I paid for all 12 sessions ($7,100), and rec'vd six treatments through the end of May 2023 (last treatment was on 5/25). I went on a long vacation, but had treatments scheduled for 6/22/23 upon my return. And when I showed up at the business, doors were locked and nobody answered the door when I knocked. I called the main # advertised *************) during working hours, and a recording said "there was no attendant available to handle the phone call". I also tried the ************** listed on your BBB location for the Enclave Medical Clinic at the **********. address listed. I read in the *************** about a complaint they (South Bay Medical Clinic) "abruptly closes their doors"; so are they "out of business"? And how can I get a refund for the unused portion of treatments / payment.

      I signed up and paid in full for 12 medical treatments/procedures and 5 maintenance appointments for a total cost PAID IN ADVANCE in FULL of $5800.00.I have only received 3 treatments and when I returned for appointment #4, the doors are locked, and the phone are no longer being answered. I have also called the other clinics in other states to find the same. No one answers the phone and now the websites are stating "Permanently Closed".How do I obtain a refund for the services not yet rendered?

      I engaged in their services for erectile dysfunction in late April of 2023. I paid $7,100 up front for 17 scheduled appointments and 6 additional appointments, **** the Office Manager did the presentation, I received 3 treatments and the business closed their practices. I have not been able to reach anyone at the clinic, their phone is unanswered and their is no reply to email.

      Started therapy in May 2023 they financed my treatments for $5,000.Thru ***** , for 12 treatments. I have Received 2 treatments, went to my appointment for my third treatment on June 8th. Their office has shutdown. Locked up no one is there anymore Gone. Offices across the hallway said they just up and left. Called several times, the phone rings but no one answers. They took our money and ran. Sad people indeed , cant trust anyone anymore.

      On April the 8th, 2023 we went to the South Bay Medical Clinic for a consultation. We signed up for 18 treatments. My husband has had 4 treatments so far and had to cancel his last appointment. Heh has been calling for over a week trying to reschedule but has been unable to reach anyone. When you ****** the business it says "Temporarily Closed." We would like our financing for the treatment to be cancelled and not be responsible for the 4 treatments he had as obviously something fishy is going on and he has received no benefit from the treatments he's had so far.
