I first visited divine sounds on august 26th to have a double din kenwood excelon DMX706S installed in my 2011 Toyota Camry XLE with the JBL sound system factory installed. I payed $1008 and waited a few hours for them to install. I was then showed how the unit works after they finished the installation. Over next couple days I noticed I had no bass from subwoofer and sound wasn't very loud. I had a Sirius satellite radio tuner installed because I didn't know I would lose my satellite radio without this tuner installed. Upon the tuner being installed, it was brought to my attention that the rear speaker wires were not connected to the new unit. I brought my vehicle back on September 3 2021 and told them I have no rear speaker sound and my subwoofer doesn't work. I then came back September 4th 2021 at 9am dropped off the vehicle and told them the wrong wiring harness has been used for the radio. I was told the harness is digital and sends out 4 outputs. I have 7 speakers in my car.Business response
