    I paid cash for wheels and tires on June 25th, 2024. After several promises and excuses, we still do not have our wheels and tires and the company owes us $2,270.00.***************************, the owner had several (reasons/excuses) why the wheels have not been delivered. Some of which was:Delivered to wrong Address Family Emergency Warehouse could not locate merchandise. He also said he sent his driver, *****, to Tampa to pick up the merchandise. During an unexpected visit by myself, I found ***** in the back shop which he verified he never goes to Tampa. ****** has promised a refund since July 25th. He claims he was waiting for the refund from Elite Warehouse. I called the warehouse directly only to find out he never ordered the tires and wheels. We wanted to give the man the benefit of the doubt. When I confronted him on his lies, his only defense was, "leave my office at once".Furthermore, he claimed I needed $1,800 worth of work which was later verified by another reputable mechanic that this work was not needed.I have text messages and the original invoice to back up my claim.

    ************** will receive the refund for her wheels and tires. as far as not needing the work that was quoted... we have pictures of the failed componets that need to be repaired. Her husband *** also is aware the the valve covers are leaking right on top of the starter causing it to fail. We did ask her to leave our office. Reason being is because she was cursing and yelling in the store about how she was having the news come down to shut our business down. If any pictures or invoices are needed I can provide them. thanks

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Once again, after the complaint was filed, the business owner reached out to my husband and promised a refund by 5 p.m. ANOTHER broken promise. Bottom line, we want our refund. 

    ****************** can defend himself all day long but the bottom line is he is a very poor business man with zero conscience.

    These tires and wheels were something that was supposed to be a gift to my husband. Something we saved for. It has now become a nightmare because if a deceitful business owner.

    On October 2022, I ordered and paid for a set of tires and forged rims. I received a text message from the owner, *************************, and was told the rims would be delivered 12/28/2022. We agreed I would drop my truck off the first week of January (actual day 1/3/2023) for a few other fixes that needed to be done (from the last time this person had my truck in his possession for 3 months and didnt complete all of the work). I was advised they found the issue causing my truck to sway. I asked for a photo of the rims just to see what they looked like on the truck and ***** advised they were going to fix the sway before putting the new wheels on. After checking in multiple times on the progress of the truck, I finally got fed up because I basically felt like I was getting the run around from *****. I went to pick my truck up on 2/2/2023. I asked ***** to have the rims and tires so I could just pay someone else to put them on. I was advised they were being stored at the warehouse. I was told to come back 2/3/2023 to pick them up. I showed up 2/3 at approx 11:30am and I was told ***** had to take his brother to the hospital and the wheels still were not there. I was told to come back later. I returned 2/3 at approx 5:30pm and was told the wheels still were not there. I then asked for a refund since they couldnt provide me with the product that I was told was delivered and was ready to be installed on my truck. I was told they couldnt return items that were custom ordered but they couldnt give me the items either. My fiance went to the business 2/8/2023 and asked for the wheels. She was told by ***** that he denied the delivery on Friday because we asked for a refund. A total contradiction from ***** telling me he already had my wheels ready to be put on. My fiance asked for proof they even ordered the rims and tires and ***** refused to provide her with any documentation proving that they were in fact even ordered.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I am attaching a copy of the paid invoice for the rims ($4,012.50) and the paid invoice for the tires ($3,060.00) in the amount of $7,072.50. ************************* with Xtreme Offroad has had this money since 10/10/2022 and 10/11/2022, respectively. We have been in contact with the rim manufacturer that ***** claims to have ordered the rims from and that company advised us ***** never ordered the rims. Which means he never put our money towards the purchase of said rims or tires. With that being said, my monies given to *****, should be available for immediate transfer back to me.

    They installed a lift on my truck, powder coated the underside of my truck, did the exhaust, installed some type of thing to give it more power. It took about 5 months. I got excuse after excuse. They ended up installing a train horn for free. The air horn was installed wrong and actually made my truck stop working. I took it to **** which they fixed it. I ended up taking my car up there to give them another shot. I had an oil leak and my ** was not working.They had it for 3 months. It actually sat there for a week after being done because I had the flu. I finally have it back, but there is no oil in it and the ** is still not working. I have oil spots on my driveway from it. I will not bring any vehicle up here again.

    this is a false complaint. I have text messages between ******* husband and myself that i will attach to this complaint showing that he uses multiple fake accounts to leave negative reviews on peoples ****** pages. He even states in one text that he would " leave 30 5 star reviews if we could have it fixed within a week" we also agreed to check back over her vehicle when she called in and said she had an issue but we never saw it again.
