On September 22nd, 2021 the vehicle my boyfriend purchased from this business started to overheat. We had previously taken the truck to get seen by them in late July - early August because an issue with the transmission that has occurred since purchasing the truck. It clearly was not resolved the first time as we had to bring it in again a month later. After dropping off the truck the 22nd we were told to pick it back up on the 29th around 5pm. When we drove the truck back home we noticed many items missing from inside. A total of $1,152.32 of items were missing. We contacted the owner Pream S. and he stated that they do not lock the vehicles because thieves would come in and break the glass on cars and steal items that they then had to replace. I questioned him if there was any signage advising customers to remove valuables from the vehicle prior to drop off but he denied any signage and responsibility. He refuses to come to a resolution and/or reimburse us for the stolen items.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2021/11/03) */ This email is in regards to the complaint from ********* ******* & ********* ***********. The Customer brought his truck in for repairs. He never declared anything in the vehicle nor that anything was stolen upon pick up. The truck was cleared by the shop owner and the customer before it left the property. After they took the truck about 2 1/2 hours after the vehicle was picked up, they expressed to us that items were missing from his truck.
