Scammers.... Ad advertised $79 for basic cleaning services. Technician *** came out and pulled the dryer away from the wall then immediately told us we needed a new flexible hose which was already new.Then he spent the next 20 minutes trying to sell us (we are seniors) upgraded stuff we didn't need...first it was $949 for a booster and then $399 to clean the roof vent, but then he finally charged us $149 and never did the basic cleaning. He went up on the roof and stuck his hand in to pull out the protruding lint which took him only five minutes!I called them three different times, and they said they were going to check into it but never got back to me. They are foreigners who keep talking and will not listen to your complaints!Do not trust this company!Initial Complaint

Air duct cleaning phone number ************ I called to schedule dryer vent cleaning. Was quoted price of $79 dollars. When technician arrived the prices increased to $299. Told him forget it thats not what was quoted to me. Called the number to question the increase, she said she was the manager, said thats the price was very rude. Said I must still pay the $79 even if no work was done, $79 for inspection only. Told me to have a good day and hung up on me. Internet show $79 for cleaning and inspection. Disconnected dryer vent and took a picture of the vent. I paid the $79 and he left without reconnecting the vent or doing any other work. Spoke to 3 different people and they all were rude.Business response

As we explained you over the phone , the $79 is the price for a basic cleaning and inspection. When we arrived to your property and provided inspection as said , we saw you have a lot of lint and the basic cleaning is not efficient in this situation. The basic cleaning will not help with your problem. We offer you a deep cleaning and explain you what we need to do to clean it and explain you that again the basic cleaning will not help in your situation. We cannot do basic cleaning when it will not help . This is a fire hazard issues so we cant play games with that and do basic cleaning when its not efficient in your case. We gave a you price for a deep cleaning and you always have the option to go for that or not do the work. Its you choose , once you decided you dont want to do it you still need to pay service fee of $79. Our tech not working for free . The gas also cost ****************** mangers spoke with you over the phone and explained you but you refuse to understand.

I am rejecting this response because:
As you can see in there reply how aggressive the personnel are in this company. There business practices are misleading and no mention of any of cost but $79 for cleaning, even if vents are clogged, in initial contact with them. All 3 personnel were still rude and aggressive behavior. The inspection consisted of looking in the vent and then saying $299 to fix problem. Clearly the advertisement say cleaning and inspection for $79 no work was done and technician left without reattaching vent to dryer.
