airstrike came out on friday 07-16-2021 saleman frank we bought a mini split ac, the cost would be 3750.00 i ask if it will have a permit and frank said yes no problem, the installers came out on 07/19/2021 to install the unit, it started off with a language barrier we could not understand them and they could not understand us we called air strike and told them of this problem so they try to comunacate with the phone, so when they were done, the installers dont not even show us how to operate the unit from the remote,so i call airstrick again and told them this the owner ot there boss gave me a hard time over the phone and demand a check for payment to one of there installers he was very rude,so my son ***** ***** got on the phone and said to send oneone to go over the unit with us before i give the check, so they did sent a tech out name brayan and went over the unit with us.now the problem is heat pump inside the the house dose not have a seiral number and didnot have a permitBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/07/27) */ They Recieved a Carrier Untit that was even registered through the Carrier website. They refuse to acknowledge it. We have pulled the permit and are trying to contact them for the inspection and they refuse to cooperate. They are going to all the review platforms and talking negative about us and we have fulfilled all there request. We have attached the certificate of the registered unit verifying the carrier brand.
