May 26, 2023 Chill Masters A/C, LLC sent *** to do an inspection on my A/C unit. *** arrived I said I wanted a yearly maintenance check up. He took it all apart and look it over, test it and clean the coils. I went inside. When he finished I asked how much. He said no charge. I said what do you mean no charge? *** replied I will mark it as a yearly scheduled maintenance and you just give me a call when something goes wrong. My neighbor who referred this company got charged $150 for the same service.Sept 2, 2023 my air stopped blowing cold air. I texted and called *** from the airport. He said he could get over to my house that day and fix it. My daughter who is 23 was at my home. *** came and said the capacitor failed and installed a new one. He left an invoice dated 2 Aug, 2023 not September 2, 2023. My daughter was charged $224 October 17, 2023 Turned the heater on and nothing happened. The air did not work either. Texted *** who came out and said it was a failed conductor for the heater and replaced it and a fuse. I was charged $229 October 23, 2023 my unit stopped working again. I called ******* the owner and said I did not want *** to come back out. I didn't trust his work and ever since his fix in September my home has not been the same. Besides my unit continually breaking my home has a humidity issue it never had before. I was able to keep the a/c at 75 and it was cold. Now I have to keep it at ***** to stay cool. ******* came out herself. She was here for 3 hours. She did not know what the problem was so she kept calling her husband. She said the main board needed to be replace. The next day she came to replace it. I paid for Ring video that day and recorded her. I have her on video saying She bypassed the main board. I have no warranty and would have no heat. I paid $79 to another company to tell me my emergency heat was not hooked up.I would like money back for services that were not done correctly.
