      Received items 12/11/23.Returned 12/13/23.Wrote out what exchanges I wanted (as per his request) and placed in bag. $133 worth of exchanges.Sent back via **** (See pic attached with tracking number).Never heard back. Contacted via text, 12/2, 12/3, 12/4 x2, and 12/5, as stated on his website to do so. Contacted 5 different times, no response.

      I purchased a pair of the black denim heart studded jeans on Friday 9/29/23. I used Shop Pay which was through the merchants site. I never received a confirmation email saying my order was received or on the way. I instantly got nervous because I did see after the fact that they had a looottt of bad reviews on the service. I called the customer service number and of course I emailed and no response and the phone just kept ringing. At this point Im going through my bank because if I dont have my pants I do want my money back. **** if they can resolve this and send my pants because I do really want them well be good. But who knows.

      Order ****** I initially placed an order on the website on 9/4/22 for his Labor Day sale. I purchased three items, two pairs of boots and a jumpsuit. After a month of emails, I finally received a package on 10/13/22 with only one item. The customer service does not respond. I would like my items or I will open a charge back on my credit card.

      On August 24th, 2022 Shane Justin had a sale. I ordered 2 items and paid for shipping totaling $78.00. Order number #******. On August 29th I received a message that my order was out for delivery. I checked and it was being returned to the Shane Justin facility. Since then over a month and a half ago I have messaged multiple times to see when they will resend my order. Today October 13th I received a response to repay for shipping in order to receive my order. Its claimed the fault is mines on the address which is false and proof can be provided. They also didnt ask for the correct address just more money. My sister placed a order for the same day August 24th and the exact same address and her package was delivered as promised.       Hi Carson has her own shoes papers on October 9, 2021 my items were supposed to be delivered on Friday Friday, October 15, 2021 I never received my item UPS and I completed an investigation in my claim was approved on November 8 ***** Justin has not had any emphatic any sympathy about my situation and done nothing to replace my items I will never shop with this company again because it's all almost been two months and I still do not have my item or my money back. I Did what was protocol when I didn't receive my items and they didn't help at all no communication sucks with this company

      Placed order on June.11,21 in the amount of 252.50 I received order & one item isn't in package the receipt is attached they have a x by item & statement saying store credit $150 .... If seller does no longer have item in stock I wish to have money for that item credit back to card it is so unprofessional to not update the customer to let me know item isn't available & only replace with store credit I emailed store June.23 but no reply as of yet. I wish to have my refund for that amount
