Buyer Beware!!!! In early 2019 (pre-covid), I paid this company **** WELL DRILLING $$$$ to replace and maintain my well. I had to place a 50% deposit with the remainder paid the day of completion. I did what they requested and gave them the final check at the end of completion with them agreeing to return and check on the well and they asked that I simply call to have them come out and make sure the water pressure was on par. Since 2019, I've made several calls, left multiple messages (pre/during/post pandemic), including speaking to a lady whom seemingly wrote down my name and contact and promised someone would return my call, still not one single return phone call nor visit, and here I am today, 2022, no one has called. THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I would know if they visited because my well would not have gotten to the condition it got to. BUYER BEWARE!!! Note: I ended up hiring and paying another company to fix **** Well Drilling negligence. **** Well Drilling doesn't care about the client, just your money. BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could leave a negative rating, I would.
