Since January 1, 2020, at least 504 consumers have contacted BBB to inquire about fishingcarepackage.com about non fulfillment of orders. Only 38 responses have been received by the company. The percentage response is 7.5% In 2019 there were 196 generally allege with 48 responses for a rate of 24.5%.
In 2016, 2019 and 2020 the BBB initiated a Pattern of Complaint investigation and requested a formal response from the company. In each instance, the company did not respond and we posted a public advisory on our webpage of the action and non-response from the business.

Just like the many other people on here I just want to say i ordered a reel from this company February 28th 2022. I never received this reel and surprisingly I was able to get a response from them over ******** messenger but they quickly afterwards stopped responding. I even have the screenshots of our conversation and the order number. Do these guys just get away with stealing from people??? It's been 2 years now has anything come of this? I mean they robbed thousands obviously!Initial Complaint

On ************************************************** silver max *** and reel combos for $106.56. I never received the p***uct. After almost 2 years of trying to contact the seller by phone, email and social media, I've still not made contact with the seller. I never received the p***uct or a refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased a reel in March of 2020. I had money taken out of my account of 40 dollars. I received an email stating I had made the purchase, but then they never sent anything I either want my reel or my money back. How can a business continually steel people's money and be allowed to continue to operate.
