      Hello Mr *******, after several delays I completed my purchase agreement on the March 25th almost three weeks ago. I was then told on the week of the 28th that the car was getting ready to be shipped. After no updates I made contact on the 5th and my sales rep ***** who advised me the car was being picked up Wednesday the 6th so I changed my plans for the weekend expecting delivery. When I followed up on Sunday after not receiving a call from any shipping company I was told the car was still at the dealership and she had no update on when I will be receiving it. At this rate I will be paying my first car payment without possession of the vehicle. I can imagine that this is the standard operation procedure at your dealership. I could would have flown down if I knew it would take close to a month to get the vehicle. I would appreciate a call back and some kind of solid time frame when I will be receiving this vehicle.       A miscommunication occurred with the dispatching of Mr ******* vehicle, and he did not receive it in his expected time frame. Client is in possession of his vehicle since 04/12/22.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 17******, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The dealership has agreed to pay for the detaining of the vehicle and the repairs that were needed on the vehicle. The vehicle went in for repair on May 5th and I should be completed on May 13th.

      Good afternoon and thank you for bringing this to our attention. on 4/29/22 paperwork along with a check in the amount of $254.75 is showing received by you ****** the tracking number of ************ shows it was received and signed for at 1:17pm. Our office has moved forward and retrieved this plate. The plate and registration was received, and will be fed exed back out to you today.

      I purchased a 2021 Audi Q7 and used the dealer finance department to facilitate the deal. The purchase of the vehicle was suppose to be in my business name only (which me as a personal guarantor). I discussed this with finance several times and assured that this was the case. The application submitted by me was solely in the business name with no co-borrower. Under the co-borrower section was listed "N/A". After several weeks, the deal was executed after waiting for the underwriting to be finished. When going to make my 1st payment, I contacted the lending institution. It was that time that I was made aware that my personal name was added to the application without my knowledge as a co-borrower. After speaking to a manager of Audi Stuart (who could not explain how that happened), his only solution was to for me to go to my lending institution where I live & conduct business to see if they would re-finance me out of the loan. I am highly disappointed in the practices of this dealership. This was an out of state deal and thought since I was going to an authorized Audi dealership that something like this would not happen. To this day, I am still baffled how my name ended up being added.

      I have been made aware of this situation and looked into why it was not processed as requested. We have run into a few of these types of changes in bank policies recently, and it is within their right to do so. We have now had to change our process to verify each time. We are certainly sorry this miscommunication occurred, and can understand why the client was upset with the outcome. Unfortunately, there would be no way to change the way the bank is reporting on this loan.

      I am rejecting this response because I was never notified of the banking institution not accepting the original application or the need for me to be added as a co-borrower.  That decision for me to be added personally was not my decision; without making any assumptions, I am still confused as to who approved it to happen without making me aware of any changes.  On top of it, my personal credit was ran a second time without my consent by this Audi dealership and I am now questioning the reason why.

      I have fully reviewed the paperwork. ******* has signed as a co-buyer on the legal documents, and the bank has processed as such. In addition, ******* has signed the second part of the credit application listed as a co-buyer with permission to pull her credit for approval. So I am not certain what the confusion is over pulling her credit. Some banks will report the co-buyer on the credit bureaus, and some banks will not, however, each bank has the right to to report as they choose. Unfortunately, I am unable to change the reporting of this loan, and everything is accurate.
