              I can't tell you how impressed I was with this small company. The item came damaged - they replaced it IMMEDIATELY - no fuss no hassle. Having recently dropped Amazon - I was very concerned when the item arrived damaged - how was I ever going to deal with a return - I called, left message hoping someone would call me back, my call was returned within minutes. I spoke with **** who was beyond helpful - a new bidet was in the mail that day!! This company was a pleasure to deal with - will recommend them with no hesitation. The icing on the cake was giving the business to a company that is NOT Amazon!!!Thank you **** - you're the best!!
