Nothing against them this was my experience/opinion.Update: I posted similar review on “Real Self”.staff communicated to me, they will not see me until I remove the review.Update: responded I will not remove the review & requested refund.They canceled my appt via email stating I requested it.I emailed back clarifying I never requested to cancel my revision appt.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am 7 months PO.I had upper & lower bleph w/ festoon treatment & facelift/necklift.I had a consult in office w/ dr. Kass re: my double chin.We spoke about a weekend lift as solution.He was pleasant & gave the impression he was experienced & confident in his ability.I later called to schedule & added upper & lower eye bleph & festoon treatment w/o having a consult for the add-ons.Office was clean & tidy.Staff were pleasant & appt was on time.1 week before surgery my pre-op visit.Found out he was doing a full facelift/necklift instead which was surprising & more invasive.He agreed I had festoons.I explained my right lid had more skin than left. I asked him Q’s re: how procedures were performed.He did not answer the multiple times.In my opinion he was annoyed with me.Surgery I was given “twilight” meds. I became aware during procedure.I was restless & uncomfortable,The dr. ordered more meds & I fell back into “twilight”.Online site states the festoon treatment is is paired w/ laser resurfacing.I never received this procedure & it was never discussed. I did pay for “festoon treatment”.At FU appt stitches removed by the dr. was painful. I had q’s & mentioned FB support group.He told me to stay off the internet.2nd FU, staff removed final stitches. Perfect removal. At 3 month F/U I had concerns re: right upper eyelid having extra skin & left being hallow, asymmetry.He agreed revision would likely be needed (lids & pixie ear) but I would need to wait year.We made appt to further discuss revisions at 8 monthsMy eyelids make me feel self conscious.I see good reviews w/ happy outcomes.I am nervous
