Solid Ground Sales, LLC deserves high praise for finding a builder to buy our vacant lot down in ********. We were planning on retiring and building there but with grandkids on the way we decided to stay up north for the forseeable future. I'm not sure how they do it, but to be able to get us closed and funded ***************************************************** my limited knowledge of the real estate market. We will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

I found out about Solid Ground Sales when I recieved a postcard from them asking to buy my property in ************. I gave them a call and within a couple hours they had made me an offer. I wasn't really planning on selling it but after seeing the contract where it said I would get paid in full within 90 days I went ahead and sold to them. Everything went surprisingly great because I had previously saw some of the negative reviews on here that made me a little bit apprehensive. I've only worked with them once but I am extremely grateful that they did everything they promised me originally. Thanks to ***** on their sales team for taking the time to walk me through everything when I first called in. Solid Ground Sales is lucky to have him as an agent!

First time we've ever done a real estate transaction all from the comfort of our home! Solid Ground even sent a notary to our house to sign the closing papers. Technology has come a long way of course but was nice to see a company take advantage of those resources. I don't know if we'll ever need to sell a vacant parcel again but if we did I would definitely use them again!

Look at the reviews elsewhere. I was contacted by....... from SGS with an offer to buy my land. It was a decent offer by an unknown buyer. After further investigation, there were red flags. The contract locks the seller into a 3 month agreement? If they had a buyer, you would signing different paperwork. Also, they tried to rush me into a docusign contract. My real-estate attorney said it looked fishy. I then asked him to send a written contract in the mail for consideration, but I never received anything. Beware, the old saying...if it seems to good to be true...it probably is.

Thanks fortaking the time out of your day to leave your feedback even though we never had the opportunity serve you. I wouldn't say it's fair that you can give us 1 star because your real estate attorney said our contract looked fishy? We are 100% transparent with our customers, our contract is straight forward, and most all of our customers appreciate that. Really wish you would have given us the opportunity to purchase your land and show you we are who we say we are. I understand everyone does business a certain way but with technology today we prefer emailing any agreements or using docusign because both parties can always print these documents which is the same as sending a written contract in the mail but obviously much more efficient. We buy hundreds and hundreds of properties and thus saving time is important. We hope you'll give us a chance in the future or at minimum please consider rescinding this review because we work hard for our customers and and reviews like this can impact anyone's business in a negative way. If we worked together and failed you that would be understandable, but given you decided not work with us for whatever reason which is of course absolutely your choice, leaving a 1 star review on the BBB is something any business would ask politely and very respectfully for you to consider removing. Thanks for hopefully understanding and we wish you the best regardless.

My sister and I needed to sell a couple of acres of land we owned in *************************** and needed to move it fast. My agent recommended reaching out to Solid Ground Sales because he said their expertise is buying vacant land. They checked all the boxes on selling to them because they offered a fair price for our lot, offered to pay all closing costs, and most importantly promised to close within 60 days. They did insist on using their choice of title company since they were paying for it, but we were fine that. Just 49 days after signing the agreement we closed on the sale and had the funds wired into our account the same day. Of course I would use Solid Ground Sales again and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

My only complaint with this firm is that after signing the contract we didn't hear anything for a few weeks. Then a girl named **** reached out and it was smooth sailing from there. But being left in the dark in the beginning was frustrating for my wife and I as selling this property was very important to us at the time and we knew very little about Solid Ground Sales. But very happy everything worked out in the end.
