We ordered 14 kitchen cabinets. We were quoted 3 months for them to be delivered. Instead they took 8 months. We were told 6 weeks in a row that we should have the cabinets that week. We heard every excuse in the book as to why they kept getting delayed. We were dealing with the owner the whole time and it was always us reaching out asking for an update. He never put in the effort and never seemed to care that week after week the cabinets were not delivered. He just kept handing us more excuses and saying "it was out of his hands". Unacceptable. He then told us we would receive a credit for the hassle. Again, excuse after excuse and we never received any money back. This company is terrible to work with. Find another company for your cabinets.

Youre leaving out the part that your husband placed the order in 3 different batches over a 2 month period which delayed the delivery. We also explained that we generally dont like selling cabinets to be installed by un certified installers because its hard to warranty if something goes wrong. We explained all this to you and also explained that the way you guys ordered it would delay things and you understood which is why we agreed to sell them to you directly which we normally never do but we made an exception because you said you understood the risks involved. You also signed documents saying you understood this. Now your online bashing us for something you signed off on. Once again I apologize you feel this way but this just reassures us why we only sell cabinetry that we install not sell to anyone inexperienced or not.

****** and his crew totally remodeled my master bathroom. They did an awesome job. ****** was very knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge. He was there at every step of the way overseeing the remodel. I interviewed six companies before determining to use River City Kitchen and Bath and I am so glad that I did. Anytime that I contacted ****** if he didn't answer right then I heard back from him within moments to address any questions or concerns that I had. He was always very responsive. ****** and his crew did a fabulous job and I am now enjoying my remodel. I am already looking ahead to more remodels with ******.

****** just "completed" my master bathroom remodel. The only phase that went without a problem was the demolition. It was originally scheduled for 4 weeks and it took over 3 months to get finished. I heard every typical contractor excuse, "this never happens", "there is a new crew", etc. ****** was an absentee project manager also. He rarely made an appearance to provide any sort of quality control, which is completely unprofessional. His subcontractors were absolutely terrible and were constantly messing things up to create more work. - The painters had around 30 different spots of paint bleed and drips that I fixed.- The tilers had several areas where insufficient grout was used.- My master bedroom carpet is ruined from the workers not taking care to stay on the carpet protector.- *** ***** which did the glass install for my shower did not have the appropriate colored hardware as promised and installed the wrong color. ****** claimed zero culpability for this and refused to help me find a solution to this. - *** ***** also scratched up my floor tile when attaching the glass. Do your self a favor and steer clear of this headache! He was clearly overwhelmed and he had no idea what he was doing. I gave him my business because he is a veteran, but that was a huge mistake and I regret not going with someone more established and reputable. Just an absolute disgrace of a contractor.

We always operate with the highest level of professionalism, and your review is the only negative review weve ever had. We have been doing business in this industry for over 15 years, and pride ourselves on the quality of our work as well as our team. We have been using the same team members for years. We gave this customer several options to accommodate his only complaint about this job. The only spoken issue this customer had was that he requested a certain color hardware for his shower enclosure, and it turned out to be a color that does not exist. He attempted to hold up final payment on the job, informed us his reviews were already typed and ready to post, and was overall unrealistic in his expectations. The job took longer than scheduled due to the customers refusal to allow the shower enclosure to be installed. When he finally agreed to it, the glass company was booked for several weeks but they tried to accommodate him by working him back into their schedule as quickly as possible. We ended up offering him a substantial discount on his final payment, which he did accept as compensation for the hardware issue.
