              I came in to get a retainer back in December. I decided not to proceed due to relocating and called on 1/7/2023 to get a refund for the retainer amount.I have called 8 times - which responses such as : 1) *** financial clerk is not in and will call you back (they never call back); 2) we mailed a check but it came back, we will re-mail it again after verifying that I have the correct address.This is a constant issue with this business - i.e., they do not want to return funds that do not belong to them. Similar to other businesses, the office should be able to refund directly to my credit card, which for some reason, the front office or financial clerks (who seem to always be sick or out of the office) will not do.

              Very rude about payment collectiin and unprofessional in front of children. Once funds are paid they postpone and cancel appt after appt until its convenient for them. Costing is time ,money and aggravation. Go any where but here.
