      Phone all saying I owed ****** but seeing I did not receive the *** oil, I only owed them 89.52.They said they would be sending my subscription for *** oil each month. Checked my credit card and there never was a charge for anything from this company. When I looked up the phone #, it was a ****** phone number and belonged to a *******************, wish they could be caught and and end all this aggravation .

      This was years ago....My mother was having some health issues and we wanted to try CBD oil for the pain. The website said that there was a free trial paying only shipping and handling. I am very good at making sure I am not signing up for any further product or any way they can legally save my payment information before doing any of these kind of things. About a year after getting my trial which did not work for my mother BTW, I started getting regular phone calls like twice a day telling me that I owed them money for a shipment that was delivered. Finally after almost a year they stopped calling. In the last couple months it has started up again. Always calling from a different spoofed phone number and always with the same spiel. My phone is also used for work so I have to answer but I can always tell its them calling because they use a auto dialer that beeps when I answer the call. Ive started hanging up because. I dont owe them anything, Thank goodness the card I used has been cancelled along time ago. I just wnat them to stop calling me. Jail time would be great because I know they are making money off some people! The website no longer exists and the callers are rude.

      Our customer paid $4.98 for the trial of PureLiv CBD cream and $4.98 for the trial PureLiv CBD oil, if we do not hear back we assume they love results and will charge for full amount.

      We tried to bill him for full cost of bottles but charges did not go through, so he was being contacted to pay.

      Please have him call us  at************** to resolve the issues as BBB is not the customer and we can only resolve directly with our customer.

      We cannot provide the resolution response through BBB, we will have to speak with the customer directly.

      Order was placed on 2/18/23 and was cancelled within 5-7 minutes of placing the order. I sent an email stating I wanted to cancel. I received no response. I called repeatedly, receiving a busy signal each time. I sent 2 more emails requesting confirmation of cancellation, still no response. On 2-21-23 I received an email stating the item was on the way. I tried again calling to find out how to return, again received a busy signal. I have now received the product. It is in the original packaging ,unopened. I was not charged for shipping and handling but will pay to ship back for a refund. The amount charged my credit card was $199.88. After no response, I felt it necessary to contact BBB for it is clear this is not a legitimate business.

      If the original package remains sealed, you may still process a Return to Sender free of charge by writing "RTS" on your package and placing it back into your mailbox.  We went ahead and issued a full refund as the customer requested. Please allow **** business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

      Rest assured, the account is canceled and you won't receive any further charges.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      The package is unopened as stated in complaint.  I will take to the local post office on Monday.
