"****" was here today to do maintenance. He was professional and pleasant, and explained what was done. He also answered questions about vents and replacing filters. Absolutely Cool is the best. I called on Monday because my AC was not working. I was told someone would be at my home early afternoon. **** showed up at 1 p.m. and found the cause and fixed it immediately. He explained what he did and why the unit was not working. Yes today, I came home and ** was not working. I call at 7:13 pm and order an emergency repair service. At approx. 8:18 pm my ** unit was back working. Even when the ** part needed to be replaced was not available ** tech. Was able to have my ** unit working temporarily up to new part arrive. ** Technician was fully acknowledged and professional. This is a ABSOLUTELY COOLLLL SERVICE, 100% Recommended.Absolutely Cool Innovations LLC Response

If you like fees this is the company for you. The service guy was great and professional but I was charged a $25 "warranty processing fee" and $110 for labor of about 20 minutes, in all $210 for a small part that was under "warranty"Absolutely Cool Innovations LLC Response

So sorry you feel you were not charged properly however our pricing is fair and inline with other companies in this region if not better. Again, I am sorry you were not satisfied with our pricing but we stand behind our work and our pricing structure.
