Art C., the owner of Bloomerang Solutions has sent an email to our flower shop, ****************, in ********* NJ, stating our website has problems. Upon clicking the link, a video with Art shows him shaming BloomNation shops. BloomNation is our website provider and wire service. Art and I spoke on the phone, and this guy is totally insane. He raised his voice several times, and truly is trying to show us something, that makes absolutely no sense. He has several videos targeting BloomNation shops. When I spoke to him, he wishes to speak to someone at BloomNation directly to prove him wrong. I spoke to BloomNation, and they said Art C. and Bloomerang Solutions has targeted all their customers. We simply do not like the fact that Art and Bloomerang was trying to scam us by using his services, when he is phishing customers.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/08/23) */ ***** was very aggressive and used profanity when contactiung us after receiving an email form one of our employees reviewing a video I produced showing deception in the industry. ***** is very aggressive and cleary a novice in the industry. It was sad to hear his tone and manor as I tried to calm him down. I simply called out an unethical move that I addressed. ***** has nothing more to do that try to hurt us as I will take legal action if he does not stop. He simply received an email and that was all. We did use profane language only because he did as well. Over 10 years experience in this industry is not a novice, and we feel Art is personally attacking our business because we choose to do business with BloomNation. Art is unethical and he no right to sue us. We would like to know why he left a fake review on our google page under the name Scoop Norfolk. We want an apology from him for attacking our business. I have recordeded 3 calls form his phone number today trying over and over to bager me. i informed him if an act and that is it. He is clearly bothered too but for some reason protecting Bloom Nation. He seemed like a nice enough guy and together we can find better solution. I don't know why he rather fight with us. We spoke to our lawyer, whom advised us to not have any further contact with this business or Arthur C. We have removed our reviews from his google page and Facebook, and we will only hope he would do the same for us. We wish to have no further contact, and hope he would never make a video using our website in an attempt to gain business due to the fact we use BloomNation. We will have no further contact, and wish all the best to Art and his business. Thank You!
