No one was prepared for the catastrophic devastation caused by Hurricane Ian, including area roofers. Please remember that in 2020, due to Covid-19, we gave grace to all of our customers including you in regards to completing the inspection. Your inspection was done 7 months past its due date. We offered grace again this year to our customers that had annual inspections due October - December 2022 (after Hurricane Ian.) Your warranty was not affected by the service delays Ian created as you are suggesting. It had lapsed June 1, 2022, several months prior to the hurricane when the required inspection was not scheduled in May when it was due. One of the things that makes Sonshine so great is that we keep our word and stick to what we agree to. We have done that and you've been happy until now - when you didn't stick to your part of the warranty requirements. We are sad to see that such a long and good relationship is now reduced to a negative commentary and 1 star rating.
