            New roof was installed last week. Rained yesterday and there's a leak in my bathroom. This is a room where we didn't have a leak during the hurricane. Called our rep **** yesterday when it was discovered and he said he would get someone out that day. No response. Called him this morning and asked for someone to repair the roof and send pics of the repair since we are out of town for the week. Rain is in the forecast for tomorrow. Called to verify repairs have been made and he said they are but he WILL NOT send pictures. Yelled at me and talked over me. Laughed at me when I said I would call and speak to management about this damage and lack of concern and poor customer service. I asked foe pictured of the plywood that was replaced during the roof installation 3 x and he finally sent those today. A free wind mitigation inspection was promised at the time of sale and he said nothing about that when roof was finished. I had to ask about it he wasn't offering that after installation. He had no problem calling me every day for a check but has little to do with us now. Terrible service once they are paid.

            Sarasota FL - They failed to honor their own 5-year workmanship warranty. I would not recommend Armour Roofing (Gino and Darlina Barone). I would advise that possible future clients proceed with cautions and get a second and third estimate from other companies. I will name another in Armour's review, but there are other companies that values local clients. This is an honest review based on my experience in Sarasota with Armour roofing. They completed my roof in late 2021. They appear to be extremely friendly, as any sales company that adjust to your liking to earn your business. They market their warranties as 5-year workmanship, and 20 years on material. In July 2024, we had a roof leak from where wall meets roof, through flashing and underlayment. Of course, when we called them, they tried to weasel their way out of it by claiming that warranty was voided because of hurricane Ian, act of God, which happened in September 2022 (almost two years prior to the reported leak). Unfortunately for my family, with a leaky ceiling, we did have the luxury of time to go back and forth with them, so we paid for the repairs needed from their mediocre workmanship. That said, to be fair, they responded quickly after I agreed to pay. Sammy B, nice guy, but not nice enough for me to consider this company again. We have to replace roof on our rentals, and I will not be calling them

             I apologize that your new roof has been compromised by 2 verified Hurricanes and major flooding.  Hurricane Ian in 2022 created a lot Wind driven rain and high winds compromising most roofs in our region.
              As you mentioned Acts of God void all warranties, there is no such warranty in the roofing industry that will warranty a roof that was compromised by 2 hurricanes since your install in 2021.  We are open to offering a deep discounted repair quote if you would like? Please let us know and we will expedite an appointment for you.  I understand your frustration but unfortunately we live in a Hurricane prone area.
