If you don't know anything about buying a vehicle and are willing to overpay for financing then this is the place. They put on a good show and of course the facility is impressive.. after all building a facility like theirs requires a LOT of profit. So enjoy making Auto Nation as much profit as you can by doing businesses with MB Sarasota. Or you could shop at MB in Lakeland and find a better deal and a less impressive facility.

This client did visit our facility and we provided a sales menu with the car he was interested in and his trade-in was appraised.  We ask all of our guests if they would like to see the sales menu with average store credit or their own credit, most of our guest choose average store credit because they are not ready to have their own credit pulled before seeing figures for the first time.  The finance rate currently for average store credit is 9.49%.  This client's sales menu was done with average store credit - we did not pull his individual credit.  When he saw the finance rate he wanted to speak with one of our ****************** Services Manager's - the sales associate asked our ****************** Services Director - ********************************* - to speak with the client in regards to the rate listed on first sales menu.  When ***** went out to speak with the client took the menu and said "Do you want to explain to me how the **** you get away with putting interest rates like this on a piece of paper".   Obviously, ***** was taken back with someone cursing him within the first minute of meeting him.  The client became more aggressive so we just parted ways with him. 

I think this place and service is terrible. If you can get serviced elsewhere then I would even travel the distance, then go to this place. They will not go out of their way for you even if it means something small like a phone call to your insurance company to help you out. My son is a service writer for ******* Dealership and said the receipt/invoice was so unprofessional the way it was done. They held on to my car for 4 weeks and never offered a loaner car. They never submitted any bills to my insurance company for payment. ********* later the check engine light still on So I had to bring it back to have checked only to be told that they cant get the part, will never be able to get the part and I should shop on **** for the part.!! That was it. no personality She just doesn't give a s*** That simple. They all seem that way there. Don't go there they just don't give a s*** about you or your car,

Ripped off. I was charged four hundred more for headlights that needed to be replaced by Judy who said when i approached her, "Oh, we estimate the time to be much longer, so we charge that amount" Never again will I step in that dealership. If I need work done on my car, I go to St. Pete.
