      Ordered item from them on Amazon.ca.Arrived and had it installed and it did not work.Contacted them and asked if I could return just the computer as that is what is probably wrong with this.Thwy tell me no that I have to uninstall all items and return them as one.Ok so I do that and pay for the shipping g to return with canafa post and email them the tracking number.I checked and they have received the package back but no refund. I email them and they do get back to me but still no refund. No they are saying they have to inspect it first.So inspect it and give me my money back already.Seems like this is not the first time they have done this.

      I see this order 701-5798703-9191401, customer has returned this item and emailed us yesterday and we did reply we would look into this today as yesterday was a holiday. Please see our response below.  

      looking at the tracking of this item I see it was just received on Friday Aug 30th.  Again this was a long weekend and we do have to give our warehouse time to receive and inspect the item before we can offer a credit.  Please allow us time for our return process to be completed. I will ask to see if this can be put on a rush.  thx.

      I purchased an item through Amazon. The Order ID# *******************. This order was a total of $530.00 USD. The item was Incorrect/wrong part number. Due to Shop Eddies being a 3rd party seller, Im forced To pay for shipping which is unaffordable.Shipping cost are $200.00 - $ ****** USD.Ive emailed the company, Ive called customer service and no one ever answers the phone nor does anyone replies to my emails. As of now Ive lost $530.00, not to mention the item is a Brake/ rotor kit, meaning my car still needs repair. Im respectfully requesting a refund.

      I am not sure why this was opened against us.  We have been in full communication through the Amazon Platform from where the order was placed and as per our agreement with the platform all communication must run through.  Customer was provided a courtesy return label and was very happy.       Purchased an item in March 25, 2023. Order **********. I received the item march 30, i ordered, however it will not suit my purposes. I have not opened the item out of its **********. I want to return the item.The vendor has been non-responsive to my requests to return and refund **** have left phone messages, and emails, requesting how i am to return the item.I have not got any responses to my multiple requests.

      As you can see on the attached screen shots from our message center there has been no emails received asking for a return of this item. If there was we answer all emails within 24 hours at most.

      I have also attached a screen shot you can see a voicemail was received and we did return this call.  they left a voicemail.

      We have no problem return an item but must be received as per our return policy.

      - unused, unopened and resalable condition.

      Ordered a B&W Companion 3300 hitch from Shop Eddies on Amazon. Hitch was on sale for $649. Regular price $1096. I looked at the ad over and over thinking there had to be a catch the ad had a picture of the complete hitch and in the ad it talked about how the jaws of the hitch worked. When the hitch was delivered it was the base only. Contacted Shop Eddies through Amazon and they said that the ad was misleading but blamed it on Amazon. I asked for a refund and refund was approved but in there refund policy it states that I have to pay for return shipping plus 20% restock fee. How about you send me what I ordered. $1096 is full price for this hitch. You had it on sale. You claiming it's an Amazon problem is bull. If you knew this you should have pulled the ad as you knew it was deceptive. Send me the head to this hitch now.

      I ordered parts off Amazon through shop Eddie's. First time using this seller. But I have used Amazon 100s of times. The parts were over 50 dollars. I didn't end up using them, so applied for a return/refund. It was approved. I printed off the return label, Then paid out of my own wallet to return the package. That was 20 dollars. A month ago. I have reached out multiple times to Amazon and shop Eddie's seeking my refund. Because now I am out over 70 dollars. Emailed and called both Amazon and shop Eddie's. 70 dollar may not seem like a lot but at Christmas time it would have went a long way.

      Ordered an item on Amazon from this company, it was the wrong size. We sent it back via Canada Post on October 6, 2021. As of October 27, 2021 they claimed they did not receive it. We did not pay the extra money for the tracking with Canada Post as the item was ~$17 and the return shipping was already Almost $4 but their last correspondence with us indicated that they would not refund us since we did not use tracking on the Canada post package despite us sending them the receipt for proof of return. All we ask is for a refund.
