          BBB conducted an investigation based on a pattern of complaints filed against Jeremy Michael Derks, alleging non-delivery of services. Client complaints allege they were required to wire payments up to $30,000 for Jeremy Michael Derks to start marketing, digital marketing, and business coaching services.
          BBB Investigation Results:
          1.BBB was not able to locate any websites or social media. It appears the clients are other businesses, and he came to their attention through networking. 
          2. BBB was not able to locate any physical address that is valid. The most recent complaint alleged they met Jeremy Michael Derks in Las Vegas, NV around May 2023, although the contract for the company they were to invest in has an address in Montgomery, TX; this may have been a rental property, as he does not own this residential address per real estate records.
          3. All addresses known were either returned as undeliverable, or believed to be rental properties.
          4. On September 23, 2022, there was an Out of State Warrant for Arrest served for Felony Organized Fraud (less than $20,000) against Jeremy Michael Derks.
          5. On October 18th, 2022, The State of Florida Attorney General filed charges for Felony Organized Fraud (less than $20,000) against Jeremy Michael Derks in Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit, of the State of Florida, in Marion County (Case No. 2020-CF-001208-A).
