I have been receiving constant emails from this company for trainings. I do not recall ever subscribing to an email list, and I would like for my email plus any other emails with the @****************** domain to be removed from the list.

I never gave my email to this company and have been getting bombarded with emails from several different employees; given the complaints already made about this business, I will not be engaging with their likely malicious unsubscribe links. Please remove my email address and any with the same domain as my email address from all lists and databases at your company and do not add them again.

    Business Response

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. I want to personally apologize for any frustration caused by the emails you received and assure you that weve taken immediate action to resolve this issue.

After reviewing your opt-out request, I have confirmed that your email address has been removed from all of our communication lists. Our system is designed to respect these requests in full, ensuring no further contact is made. I appreciate your patience and understanding as we worked to address this.

We value feedback like yours as it helps us refine our processes and ensure were providing the best experience possible. If theres anything more I can do to assist or if you have additional concerns, please dont hesitate to let me know.
Again, I deeply regret the inconvenience this caused. I hope this resolution meets your expectations, and Id greatly appreciate it if you would consider updating or closing your complaint.

Same issue as others here. I never signed up for their emails and am being repeatedly solicited by multiple people/email addresses. I asked this company to remove my predecessor's email address from their system and they started emailing me instead (that is not what I asked for at all). So, I asked *********************** (a person who may or may not exist) to unsubscribe me as well, well guess what? Now two other bozos from this organization are emailing me. This is like ******** and the Hydra, cut one head off for two more to pop up. I am not interested in doing business with a company that operates this way. I know their response will be to offer their sincerest apologies (empty words), but what I would like for them to do is not solicit people like this. Your apology isn't sincere if you keep doing it to others repeatedly. I want nothing to do with your company. STOP CONTACTING ME.

    Hello ***,

I received your BBB complaint and wanted to address it as soon as possible.  We received your opt-out request yesterday evening.  We always honor opt-out requests and I have removed your email address from any further communication as requested. The way the opt-out works is that if you opt-out from any email you will stop receiving all emails. This makes the situation you are describing, in which you opted out of one email and then started receiving other emails, not possible within our system.  I would greatly appreciate your time in closing or removing the complaint. I apologize for the inconvenience and I hope this resolution is to your satisfaction.

Please reach out to me if there is anything else I can assist you with.

    Thanks,

I receive daily emails from @ata.auroratrainingadvantage.com. In the last month I have received close to 30 from 5 different members of the team and unable to unsubscribe for emails that I never signed up for.My intention is to have my email be removed from the mailing list and not to receive an unsolicited email from @ata.auroratrainingadvantage.com again.

We are constantly getting emails for training with no option of unsubscribing just like everyone else. I'd like to give a list of everyone at my office and get us removed. This has been going on for at least a year. I personally get 10+ emails a week from this company.

Since I started working at my job in October 2023, I have been receiving at least one email a day at my work email address from various employees of this company advertising training seminars. I never signed up for these emails, nor are these training seminars being offered through my employer, so I'm unsure how they obtained my email address. I've attempted to unsubscribe, but my employer's internet security software considers these malicious emails and will not allow me to click the link to unsubscribe. I've tried blocking and marking as spam, but that has been nearly impossible to maintain since once you've blocked one email address linked to an employee there, they just start sending them from another employee's email and the cycle continues. I'm requesting that my email address and ANY email addresses they have under the domain "@esd.ny.gov" be removed from all future mailing lists. I work for a very busy state agency and all training is handled through ************** so there is zero possibility anyone here would be interested in any training services they are offering. Thank you.

This business somehow got ahold of my email address and has been spamming me with countless emails for a couple of months. I've unsubscribed and blocked the domains, but somehow, they keep coming back. TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.

Same complaint as everyone else. They somehow obtained multiple email addresses from our company and continuously spam all of them with emails about paid webinars that we NEVER opted into! I originally tried unsubscribing multiple times, but that didn't stop the emails. I since started blocking their domain names from emailing us, but every couple of months or so they start sending from another domain name even though I'm forcing all of their emails to bounce back to them as "Rejected". Is it not clear to you that we don't want your damn emails?! Do you want to drive away potential customers? Because this is how to do exactly that. If I was ever going to use your services before, I'm absolutely not now and I will be glad to tell anyone else not to. Don't contact me, I don't want your fake apology template, just knock it off with the spamming and figure out better ways to gain customers.

    Business Response

This response is directed to the BBB as the individual who opened the complaint requested to not be responded to.  I will leave it up to you if you would like to forward this or if you choose not to.  We honor all unsubscribe requests and we have no record of unsubscribe requests being submitted for this domain.  I have now removed that domain from any further marketing efforts as requested in the complaint.  Let me know if there is anything else I can assist with or if anything further needs to be done to close this complaint.

Aurora training advantage sends spam regularly for training webinars. I have never signed up for these and do not wish to receive them. They do not give the option to opt out, but I have emailed them several times and responded to the sender, Erin R******, to take me off my list. The emails have not stopped.
