Excellent job, I have no complaints. They did my roof and my parent's roof. It's been a few years now, solid work, no problems at all. Would highly recommend.

Had estimate for $850 to Remove shingles at bottom of valley, seal flashing and reshingle. Also says seal crack in stucco. Fellow came at 9 AM and as I did not see any shingles just a large pail of black roof cement I inquired what his plan was. Went on roof for about One hour. Asked him about the replaced ******** and he said they were good and not have to be replaced. Asked about the stucco crack and said they do not repair that even though it is on the estimate. Cant get up to check the work but feel the price was way too high for what they did as to what the estimate said they would do and I thought do. Ofice just said bill sounds about right for that repair. Fellow banged around on the roof for maybe another 45 minutes and said he was done. When I scheduled the repair the girl said it would be a half day job. If I knew they were just going to slop roof seal I would never had agreed to an $850 price for that. I paid as I did sign the estimate but my vision of the Old Time Truck with tools and shingles and flashing hanging over the side faded to a jeep with I guy and a can of $50 sealer. LOL I did note out of over a hundred great reviews none were for repair so maybe that is just not their Forte!

I decided to hire A Old time Roofing because a lot of people in my community were using them to replace their roofs. If I had I known at the time I would have to have the roof fully replaced twice and partially replaced once before they were completely finished I would had chosen someone else. When they finished the roof the first time it looked like they used some new workers that were not familiar with replacing roofs because it was not laid and not blended correctly with the neighbors roof per conversation with the manager. So they had two workers come back and redo the seam between the 2 villas and it looked worse; they said if I would have gotten my roof done at the same time as my neighbor that it would have never looked like that. Funny thing is no one else's roof looked like mine. Both times the manager of the roofing team came and told me that it definitely did not look right and needed to be redone. The second time they had to come and replace the roof we had to wait for the correct shingles to arrive so they could lay a new roof. When the new shingles arrived they were a shade darker. That halted the new roof replacement the second time. After that happened we waited for the "correct" shade of shingles to arrive and come to find out that it was not going to happen. They came back a week later to finish the roof with the shingles that were a shade darker & the actual owner of the company told me that the shingles will get lighter as time goes by & match the original shingles that are on my neighbors roof and half of my roof.

Had roof replaced. The work was inferior. Multi attempts were made to fix it. None were a success. I now have multiple colored shingles the owner of old time roofing does not care. Last attempt now has ripples on my roof.
