      Two items were ordered on Feb 1, 2022 and my credit card was charged $86.24 for the purchase. A confirmation email was received which stated to expect long shipment delays.There has been no follow-on communication. Phone numbers appear to no longer be in service.

      September 30, 2021, I ordered from Central Vacuum Stores of **************, ** the following: 1 - IntraSonic RETRO-M Master Station White SKU: *****. 4 - IntraSonic *************************************. 2 - IntraSonfic RETRO-D Door Station White SKU: *****. 4 - IntraSonic RETRO-5RV 5in Vert Adaptor/Trim Plate ***************** SKU *****. 2 - IntraSonic RETRO-DAP Door Adaptor Plate White SKU: *****. 1 - IntraSonic BT-Receiver Bluetooth Music Streaming Add on Kit SKU: ***** for a total charge of $1531.13 placed on a DISCOVER credit card. I received an e-mail from Central Vacuum Stores dated November 13, 2021 stating "The *** they are giving us to fulfill all orders is anywhere from 10 more business days up into the first of January". As of today, September 15, 2021, I have not received any product and attempts to contact the company via telephone at ************** or ************ have gone nowhere, the numbers just ring and ring. Nobody answers and the voive prompt system that was on the numbers is not active. I have contacted DISCOVER, and have forwarded all paperwork to their dispute case department. DISCOVER has reviewed the information and were unable to settle te disputed charge for the equipment ordered. I am looking for the product promised to me by Central Vacuum Stores or a refund for the total amount since I have never received any product or further communication from Central Vacuum Stores as to the status of my items ordered.

      Order number: XXXXXXX Order Date: August 18,2021 Amount paid by credit card: $1,931.23. I ordered replacement parts for my home intercom system. The original manufacturer, Nutone, no longer produces parts for intercom systems. I researched the Central Vacuum Stores company in summer 2021 and spoke to Roger at the company. Roger told me they were having severe delays in their distribution system, and that there was a waiting list of customers who had ordered parts from them. Roger also told me that I would have to pre-pay for my parts, because they do not keep credit card information on file. I paid with my Master Card. I called approximately every 2 weeks to check on when they would ship my parts to me, and Roger told me there were still quite a few customers ahead of me on the list. He told me each time I called that he was still shipping to customers ahead of me, and that it would be 3-4 more months at least. Then when I called in late April 2022, there was no answer on any of the three phone numbers I had, and there was either no voicemail set up (on the two business phone numbers) or the voicemail box was full (on Roger's mobile phone number). I would like a full refund on my credit card.

      We ordered a $252.45 corded electric powerhead (SKU:51291), a $14.61 button lock wand (SKU: 5790), and a $26.38 upper wand (SKU: 5801) totaling $293.44. This order was placed on March 14th, 2022. We did not receive the items nor a reimbursement. When we placed the order (by phone and talked to a person), we were told to expect our items in 3 weeks. When they did not arrive, we began calling and texting. We were able to text because we were asked to send pictures of our vacuum cleaner to get the correct replacement parts. We texted on April 8th and 18th. We emailed on April 23rd. We called once a week from April to June and did not get in touch with anyone. We contacted our bank on July 8th but because we did not contact them in June, we could not get reimbursed for the theft. We had to save to have money to buy these parts and now we have been screwed. We would love to be reimbursed for these parts.

      I ordered a vacuum hose and sock slide from the company on March 1, 2022. The total cost is $258.21. As of today, we have not received the items. I have paid for the items through my credit card and cannot get reimbursed through the bank. Can you help me get reimbursed? Thank you.

      On January 7, 2022, we were charged by credit card $92.28 for the purchase of a replacement vacuum head for our Central Vac system. We were told the part existed in the St. Petersburg warehouse and would be shipped to us shortly. 7 months later, we have not received the goods, and our repeated calls and messages have all been ignored.

      Ordered 2 vacuum filters 11/12/2021. They charged my card $81.16 immediately. Company said due to supply chain issues Filters not available immediately but would ship when they come in. 12/30/2021 company responded to an email I sent requesting status of order that filters still not available but will ship as soon as they are in. Additional emails of mine went unanswered. Today my email came back undeliverable and website is apparently shut down.

      I placed order #XXXXXXX for a new vacuum system on 12/2/21 and paid $598.37 by credit card, but have not received the merchandise. I emailed them on 12/20/21 and received no response. I called the company on 2/24/22 to check the status and was told the order was delayed due to covid supply chain issues. They said they would email or call me when it ships out to me. I never received any communication from them. I have tried calling them several times during different times of the day and different days of the week to find out the status of my order or request a refund, but no one ever answers the phone. Their website has disappeared as well. I would prefer to receive the items that I ordered, but if that isn't possible, I would like a refund of my purchase price.

      Ordered a replacement vacuum hose and connector on December 16, 2021. Paid the order total of $178.89 by credit card. Received acknowledgement of order. Order#*******. I have received no further communication nor have I been able to get through to them by email or telephone.

      As with other complaints I have read, this in regard to an item ordered (Order Number: XXXXXXX), yet not received. I ordered a vacuum hose from them on 2/06/22 for $228.69. As with others, I read the disclaimer about delays in due to Covid, etc. I have waited patiently for 4 months without receipt of the product. I tried to contact them by phone today (6/15/22) and the phone just rang with no response. This was not the first time I ordered from them so I felt confident they would honor my purchase. After going through the complaints, I can see my trust was misplaced. I would like a refund of $228.69 immediately. I still need the hose and will be forced to spend even more money now to satisfy that need.
