    Rocketmiles is very dishonest!! I booked a week at a Florida resort and was supposed to check in October 10th. But because of Hurrican Milton airports closed, flights cancelled and state of emergency in affect. I tried to cancel my trip and they lied and said the resort denied my request so Rocketmiles sent me a letter stating such and pretty much saying too bad. I called the resort and they said no one has contacted them as they have already approved all refunds since last sunday. Rocketmiles is hoping nobody challenges their decision so they can get a "cash grab" on your behalf. I just called them again for the 4th time in which they say everytime we will call the resort and let you know. This last call i told them I called the resort and they sent me an email stating that I should be refunded. I offered to forward the email to rocketmiles and the guy said well,I will send you my email and you can respond back to it. Guess what.....he never emailed me!!!!

    I booked through AlaskaAir hotels who is RocketMiles. The website crashed during booking. I received a confirmation email with the wrong dates. Contacted RocketMiles and was told it was non refundable, even though their system was at fault. I lost 100k Alaska Air miles for their mistake.

    NEVER book with RocketMiles. I made the reservations on 1/12/2024 for stay in Athens from 5/15-5/18/2024 and received confirmation code on the same day and my Credit Card was charged for the full amount. On 5/15/2024 when we arrived in Athens and tried to check in at the hotel we discovered that our reservations had been canceled by RocketMiles without any notification. To make matters worse, upon investigation, I found out funds had been withheld without any explanation or attempt to communicate the cancellation. In my desperate attempt to understand what happened to the reservations I tried to contact Rocket Miles customer service and after 5 tries without luck I contacted Alaska Airlines Customer Service and asked to be transferred to the travel site and spoke with George who told us that reservations was cancelled on 1/13/24, but we were not notified and in fact we continued to receive e-mails about the ‘upcoming stay’. My husband and I had to scramble to find a hotel for one night and another hotel for the other 2 nights of stay. I e-mailed the CEO and customer service multiple times and never heard back from anyone. I am an Alaska Airlines Gold MVP and will NEVER book anything through RocketMiles.

    You will not receive rewards Rocketmiles is absolutely terrible with following through and posting the rewards you have earned. I have been waiting since October for nearly $400 dollars worth of REI rewards and despite many calls and emails to their concierge team I have still never received any giftcard codes.What is most upsetting is they NEVER follow up. ************** with their staff and will send emails, but they never respond and you have to call to get any answers.Between REI and Amazon Giftcard rewards I am waiting on almost $700 dollars worth of giftcards and am no closer to getting an answer.

    Do NOT book American Advantage hotels, which is essentially Rocketmiles. They will charge your card even if the reservation is not firm and leave you without a hotel, until they offer one at the very last minute. Their customer service is horrible.
