    my fault probably for giving them the ok to debit my bank account. but on further review ask them to NOT take any future payment for bank acct. and had to argue with their *** to issue me a refund for the full amount of the first withdrawal. don't want their service. after much arguing. she said ok we will send you a check for full refund, about $41.27 . that was on march 10 2025. she said check should be here in 2-3 weeks. we still have not received it yet. what do i do now. i will call them again today

    *************** has taken money out of my account by from of a check 2 different times. I have never sigh up for anything from them. I received a letter in the mail, to contact them. They told the that I would receive $100 in my bank account by wire transfer. Well never received $100 in my account and now they are making checks out that are coming out of my account on two different occasions.

    I have been getting charges on my bank account since March 2023. I called and asked them to cancel all of my subscriptions, ID Guard, *******, and ****************. I never authorized them to charge my account, I dont even know what these companies are or how they got my account information.

    This company, Club Save LLC, located in **********, have been making unauthorized withdrawals from my checking account since Feb 2023. I called them on 11/25/24 and spoke to a supervisor, ***. He claimed I responded to a post card in the mail in Feb, 2023, called them, and agreed to the purchase on the phone with a solicitor. This is preposterous. I have never nor would I ever, nor did I purchase this or anything like it over the phone. He said perhaps Ive forgotten. That is the *** answer they give to people in my situation on BBB and is blatantly a lie. They have literally written checks out of my account. Unfortunately, as with many of the other complainants, I wasnt keeping up with my checking account. He played a recording of my voice he said was from Feb, 2023 stating to an automated recording asking for my name, zip code, bank name and bank account number. There is not a recording of a person on the phone with me agreeing to the service. While it is my voice it does not state what Im supposedly signing up for. I dont know how they went about gathering my voice for that information or under what circumstances.Since then Ive discovered terrible ratings on BBB with Club Save with over 100 F and D complaints with the same exact issue. There are dozens and dozens of people whove fallen under this exact same fraud.I have done a thorough search of my phone records and cannot find at anytime did I ever call them. I have searched my digital postal records and cannot find any record of a post card. He said theyd be willing to refund 3 months worth if the recurring charges and nothing more. I told him it was unacceptable. The offer amounts to $93.81. I declined. I want the full amount of $628.35 that was stolen from me. I have also filed complaints regarding 2 other companies operating from the same address doing the same thing, *********************** and *********************. In total they owe me $1873.75.

    I am rejecting this response because: without knowing the amount of the refund I cannot accept this. Theyve already offered a 90 day refund which I declined. I need to see that the refund recovers what was fraudulently taken from me dating back to Feb 2023.

    Furthermore I will wait until the check clears. This company has a documented record of committing these same fraudulent acts and has dozens of F ratings and complaints exactly like mine on BBB. I dont trust anything they say. 
    As for them canceling any future withdrawals I already closed the bank account. A real pain. But once again I dont trust this company that theyll do what they say.

    I renewed my Dental Health coverage on November 12 online in response to this email address:.************************************************************************ and went through the process of renewing my Dental ***** coverage which is through my late husband's survivors benefit. I looked at my checking account today and noticed this that a check for *************** (Account#*******) was in my checking account. I was asked by the person who was registering who was setting up my automatic pay for the insurance asked if I wanted a membership to the Club and I declined it. I need help in getting my $41.27 money back and hope you can help me and how to cancel the supposed order the billed me for so I don't get charged again next month

    There are 3 companies that have been deducting money from my checking account. I did NOT give them authorization of any kind for this - especially as high as this is because I am on a fixed income. First company - *************** - $ *****; Second Company - ************ - $39.95; Third Company - ************ - $44.99; This has been going on for about a year. I am at my wits end with trying to get this resolved. They don't care about the damage they are doing to people. I wish there was a "BeeKeeper" to take care of companies like this!!!!

    I recent became aware that my checking account was hacked in August 2024. My wife told me she doesn't write checks. I made an appointment with my banker (********* *******) It was confirmed by her (Truist) that the hacking begin in June 29, 2023 to August 7, 2024, We closed the account. The companies that were billing or charging my account were Club Save, On call Health Group and Identity Services LLC, companies that I never heard of, are recall given anyone permission to authorized any payments to be withdrawn from any of my accounts. Three (3) payments were withdrawn from my account monthly in the amount of 29.99, 34.99 and 31.27 with the word deposit printed on the back of each check. Banker copied and printed each check from these companies. All three companies had Pre-Authorized by; and my name was printed on there. No purchase or any agreement was made to these companies. Information was reported to Trusit Enterprise Fraud Management in September 2024. I filed a police report on September 26, 2024. My banker decided to contact Club Save LLC about billing and she stated that she (Club Save) was a third party and that she (I) signed up for it. Banker told her I was a male and the call ended. I decided to follow up on the other companies (BBB). I notice of all of the other complaints of persons being billed with unauthorized payments being withdrawn from their accounts. This manager has several businesses, with the same complaints, same excuses and doesn't appear to care who he or they hurt. Thank you for your time and understanding.
