      I ordered chrome bumper trim for my 2003 Mercedes E320 order #XXXXXXXXXX for $133.97. The parts do not fit. After multiple attempts to reach the company by phone to no avail I emailed them and was in contact with Irene W through email on 27 December 2021 and had last contact in May but still have not gotten closure. I have the wrong parts and only want a refund or the right parts and no one has returned my calls or have sent an email with guidance on how to clear this up. I am just feed up with the poor Customer Service and being out of $134.00.

      Part arrived packaged as you would expect. Upon initial inspection everything appeared ok. Body panels need to be test fit, upon closer inspection the part was "rough" and would have required significant prep just to get it ready for paint. Fortunately I never got to that stage. When I test fitted the part the locating tab underneath the front of the fender where it aligns with the headlight popped off. When I looked at the part it was attached with double sided tape that I would not expect to hold an envelope together let alone a car fender. I knew right away that the part would not work. I initiated a return within the 30 day time period listed on the website and Rancyn automotive has still refused the return. Numerous emails and nonsense later i'm still out -$700. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Buyer beware they will not take back their inferior products. Report as Inappropriate Customers Reviews

      I ordered a part. They sent the wrong part and it was even damaged. Told me they were wanting on whoever shipped it to get with them (I sent photos btw) now they simply won't communicate either by phone or email to resolve. I guess just hoping I'll just take it.

      I ordered the part from this place and they gave me a bogus tracking number that does not work for ups, usps, or FedEx. That part was $200 and I would like my money back and for this company to be terminated for good!!
