      Griffin Services was taking 24.99 on my Credit Card every month. My last service was in Aug 2024.
      Griffin Services took 24.99 on Sept 2024 and on Oct 2024 for a total of 49.98. Sorry you had to close. Please credit the card. Thanks

      Any recommendations on who does ****** products? And what happens with the Warranty?

      I purchased the ***** hybrid water heater from **** ***** on Feb 28,2024 for $ 2300.96 and had it delivered to my house. I selected Griffin Service to install my hybrid water heater to replace my conventional one located in the garage on April 2,2024. Sometime in the first week of December 2024 I had a leak sensor alarm so I contacted Griffin Service to check my system and found out that they are no longer in business so I called ***** and they sent a technician out to look at my unit on Dec 9,2024. The technician readjusted some wires and it was good. A few days later the system is now leaking so I contacted ***** again and sent them pictures of the leak, they reach out to me again after I sent the photos and was told that the plastic pipe that was leaking was installed improperly so the whole unit had to replaced and it will not be covered under the warranty because according to them it was installed too tight and that was the cause of the leak. I had to buy another water heater from **** ***** and cost was $ 2,269.20 to replace this one and ***** covered the install. I would like to get some assistance on how I can get my money back for the first hybrid water heater that I purchased and installed improperly by Griffin Service which voided the warranty. I have no way of contacting Griffin Service since they are no longer in service. Thank you

      We purchased an new A/C and duct system through Griffin services. Negotiated into the contract was a one year service plan as well as a 2 year parts and labor plan guaranteed through Griffin Services. Immediately after installation Griffin abruptly closed with out and warning or notifications voiding service to our 1 year paid service plan and two year parts and labor plan. Although there's nothing to be done about their closure, we are looking to be refunded for services paid and and plans no longer being honored.

      I have contacted Griffin and they are unresponsive. I have also contacted my bank but given we paid by check, there is nothing they can do.

      Please let me know if there is more I can do regarding this matter.
      I can provide a scanned receipt as well.

      We paid Griffin Service.com a pre paid annual service agreement of $299:00 on April 10, 2024 for heating and air conditioning maintenance. This company went out of business 11/15/2024 and we would like our service deposit refunded as we are unable to use it.

      Per the attached invoice from Griffin Services, for their yearly Club Griffin plan that I renewed on 5/1/24 - for 12 months.
      They did provide (1) HVAC service on 7/14/24, and were scheduled to do the water heater flush in November, and the 2nd HVAC service in early 2025 - but they closed their door. I am requesting a 60% refund for the services not provided.

      This company sent 1 individual to rewire/install circuit panel/lighting/outlets etc for kitchen remodel. The individual stripped wires, adding wires, removed wires-finally got help but on Friday, 11/8.
      They ended up leaving a nest of wires in the attic, cut off power to other rooms, and said they would be back. Monday, didn't happen. I received a call @731 AM, Ms. ****, she informed me the Company closed its doors! there would be no service provided.

      On 8/30/24 I paid $299 for a 1 year membership to Griffin Services and was told I would get four complementary visits: A/C, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical As well as other benefits for my one year membership.
      The earliest appointment they could give me for air-conditioning and heating was 10/30/24 And I requested an invoice or receipt showing the service that was done. I’ve never received the invoice. I called them on 11/14/24 And spoke with their answering service and left a message asking for the invoice. When I called again today on November 15, I got a recording saying they were no longer in business.
      This company was listed in a published 2024 Duvall County Florida homeowners referral guidebook and had a five star rating. It Also said that they were a local branch of a national company and accredited by the BBB.

      I am still in need of plumbing and electrical work. And now have no benefit with Griffin Services.

      I feel as if I should be do a partial refund of my $299 payment and get the receipt for the work that was done so that I can prove I serviced my air conditioning and heating units. Can you help me?

      I spoke with **** in regards to my Club membership with Griffin Service on November 14. On October 2, I issued a check for $299. for a service agreement with Griffin service. I am seeking a refund Of the entire $299 as soon as possible Due to the fact, Griffin Service is closing their doors for business on Friday, November 15 Thank you for your assistance and resolving this matter

      I renewed an annual service contact with Griffon in July of 2024. My charge card paid for the $299 membership. Today I found on social media that the business closed without notice. They dont answer the phone. I want my money credited back to my charge card.
