This was a horrible experience . We were charged for 3 people to complete electrical work in our master bath. The hourly rate came to $300 an hr. The problem was there were only 2 people who worked and the owner who charges the highest rate per hour, left for 3 hours but did not adjust the invoice to reflect this . We received 2 invoices as they worked on 2 different days. We paid the first one , but the second one we asked for the correction for the labor billing. Their response was to tell me if we didn’t pay the bill by noon that day they would place a lien in our home. The owner told my spouse he was leaving to go to another job but would be back . He denied leaving at all. We paid the bill but have filed a small claims complaint. They also didn’t show up on the day scheduled , and the owner said he forgot. One of the workers took a chunk of wood out of my front door frame when he was removing his tool box. I was 5 feet away from him and saw the entire thing. The worker said he only bumped the door with his knee and didn’t damage it, I witnessed the entire thing. No apology just denial . This guy is a clown and couldn’t complete the work we hire them to do and had to have someone else come in and complete the work. They knew the scope of the job, he should have been upfront and honest about their abilities. He was arrogant and combative when my contractor attempted to direct him to the tasks that need to be completed . He doesn’t work and play well with others.

Everything in this complaint is false. This customer was using an unlicensed, uninsured "Contractor". We are a licensed and insured Electrical Business, in business over 40 years. The customer just wanted everything done cheap with total disregard to the proper parts and work being done to code. We are taking legal action against them currently.
