      While doing the tear off of my roof, the workers put a very heavy tarp over my newly planted shrubs (only 12 inches tall) the tarp was on them for about 12 hours or more, which killed my shrubs. The company refuses to take responsibility to reimburse me for the plants.

      Per our phone conversation yesterday 7/20/2023 and the letter provided to you, we had an agreement verbal and written. Based on the pictures taken yesterday it seems that it coming back to life but we will wait 3 weeks after roof is completed.

      Our contract with Marzo Roofing **** stated that we would receive a "25 year Warranty from the metal roof manufacturer" and its almost a year since our roof was installed (Oct 23, 2021). The roof passed the final inspection by the County of St. Lucie **** 25, 2022 and we were told it would take 45 days to get the warranty. Marzo Roofing was paid in full on **** 25, 2022 per our contract. Its now 245 days after the final inspection. We have visited their office, called, texted and emailed Ms. ************* Office Manager and sent a certified letter to Mr. ******************** on Oct 3, 2022 (who we were told was the owner) but we just keep getting the run around. We would like to close this contract ASAP and receive our warranty as stated.

      we have already notified the manufacture to send the warranty  to the customer, as is stated in our contract Manufacture Warranty, and we do not manufacture metal we are just a roofing company, I will reach again to the manufacture to see whats going on .

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Marzo Roofing has been telling us the same thing, "that they contacted the manufacturer", (which they changed from what our contract said, without our consent or knowledge) since Jan. 25, 2022 and we have not received it to date.  We must have the ****************************************** our possession, not empty promises.

      Failure to honor their warranty and failure to repair leaking skylights. Marzo installed skylights along with new roof on Jan 8 2018. The work came with a 10 yr warranty. I have contacted them 12 times without resolution I have documents on who i spoke to and the dates if needed. At one point an employee ( i have a name ) came out , sprayed my roof with a hose and did confirm that both skylights leaked- The repair was supposed to be completed the following week but no-one showed up and my messages are not being returned. This process has been going on since June 9th and ************ continue to leak with each rain.

      We have never declined the warranty ,however skylights have their own warranties, We told the customer that we need to contact the manufacture,We can not control the time or the process that it takes, and writing complains is not going to make the process faster.
