We are unable to guarantee results. We have business clients that have a more financially established customer base that experience ***** percent approvals and we have businesses that experience lower success rates because their customers are less established. Each lender provides terms and underwrites based on a criteria they establish. We have lenders with rates that start at ****% and those that are willing to take higher risks by offering loans at much higher interest rates. Each application is underwritten based on a soft credit pull which means it's at no risk to the consumer.

****************** had two applications submitted. One was declined by all lenders and the other received high interest offers. He indicated that he was not comfortable with high interest offers and we instantly offered to remove those lenders from the bundle (there are probably three or four lenders that offer high interest rates). Most businesses do not remove those lenders but instead let their applicants decide. In addition to providing money, those lenders also help people reestablish their credit. ****************** has no idea what the approval rate would be on his clients because he only submitted two applications. Regardless of the results, there is no risk to the applicant and a declined applicant does not diminish the probability of a sale. Our successful businesses understand that customers that are able to receive financing are likely to have not become customers without it. 

As for the setup fee, our merchant application clearly states in the first line (not in small print, but right on the face of the application) that the fee is non-refundable. We do actual work for that fee- establish a unique application url, create a splash page for the business on our website, set them up in the portal and conduct training).

I agree that Flexxbuy will collect a one-time non-refundable $299 platform development fee, payable upon submission of this merchant application. If for any reason merchant is rejected by Flexxbuy, this fee will be refunded in full."

In summary,  it's a shame that ****************** decided to come to his conclusions after only two applications. We have many, many businesses, just like his, that are realizing tremendous success. The fee is a one-time fee so our clients have a lifetime license to utilize our technology. We only make additional money if they realize success so we are motivated to do what we can to support our clients in the best way possible.
