      They quoted a price and stuck with the price unlike other transporters who quote you a price and when they come to pick up the vehicles they tell you it will cost more.They did what they said they would do, prompt and on time, courteous and friendly and arrived when they said they would. I would definitely use them again.

      It was our first time shipping a car and we have heard its hard to find a reputable company. We were a little nervous at first but Everything turned out great.       We contacted Suncoast Auto Transport in March 2021 for transport of 2 vehicles from AZ to NY. Spoke to *** and signed their contract. We explained we would be flying from Phoenix on 5/22/21, is needed cars picked up by then. Having heard nothing by 5/17, we called and were told they were still working on it. ***** called on 5/19 and said they were having a problem getting a carrier, but still trying. She promised to call us by 5 o'clock on Thursday, but never did. With 2 days left before leaving AZ, we had no other options. We are now in NY with no cars. Because of their incompetence and lack of communication, we had stress, aggravation, inconvenience and much expense to lease a vehicle at our destination. We find them to be unprofessional and unreliable. Really a terrible experience.

      The first available pick up date that the customer provided for these vehicles was 5/19. We are a broker and are subject to carrier availability and always ask for about a 1-5 day window from the first available pick up date, which means pick up to be scheduled between the 19th to the 23rd. There is not necessarily carriers leaving on each route every single day since they need to leave with full loads. This is ALWAYS explained at time of booking. Since we are in the middle of a pandemic and many businesses still have changing and limited business hours, carriers typically confirm their loads about 24 hrs prior to pick up. There are many variables that go into scheduling. We have to go by the earliest available date the customer provides and work on scheduling a carrier once the vehicle becomes available- WE CAN NEVER GUARANTEE DATES BEFORE A CARRIER IS SCHEDULED. We spoke with this customer on 5/17, 2 days before the vehicles were available and told the customer we did not have a carrier scheduled yet since it was still 48 hrs prior to the earliest pick up date. On 5/19, the FIRST available pick up date within the window of when the vehicles could be picked up the customer called and said he would be cancelling the order if no carrier is scheduled by 5pm. So on the first available date that the vehicles were available for pick up the customer impatiently canceled the order and did not even let us have the chance to schedule the vehicles within the explained 1 to 5 days window for scheduling to meet carrier availability. We are very sorry that this customer is not happy with the outcome of not having their cars scheduled for transport but they didn't even allow us the necessary needed time to do so therefore if we were not be able to do our job in the time explained to this customer that was needed to get this handled for them, then there is really nothing we can do about it and this review is pointless in the fact that we weren't even given the time to do the job. This order was canceled on the first available contracted pick up date of the 19th by the customer, customer was explained multiple times that a 1 to 5 days window is needed for pick up.
