Hired Cimex Solutions Jay Schmidt owner-via reference of Heron Pest Control. Had a raccoon & rats?? in attic. 1. I was grossly overcharged; my fault for accepting amount charged. 2. After initial visit, always had excuses for not coming. The raccoon was legitimate, claimed we had rats in attic that he put in a bag and threw in the back of a very high truck so I don’t know if rats were in the bag or not. 3. Had to contact credit card company to start a charge back, only then did we get some service. 4. Excuses, excuses for not coming when he said he would. Seldom went in attic. 5. He did replace a small amount of insulation & sanitized attic. In summary, do not hire, this company is out for the money.Review from Tremica K

Jason appeared great initially. I after many attempt for the follow visits and having to write a poor review on thumbtac he responded asking me to call which I did. The issue I have is Jason is not consistent with his follow, including no shows and repeat cxl appt.that by the time he do come the issues has worsen and I feel like I'm at square 1 fighting all over again. After my son was sent home with a note that he can't return due to finding 2 bed bugs in his jacket, I reached out to Jason several times to try to resolve issue. He offer 50% credit and for me to pay an alternative pest control company their full price which I felt was not fair given I already paid him full price. I'm still fighting this battle of trying to eliminate the bedbugs.
