      I called Apex on a Sunday afternoon at the end of October - first week of Nov. 2022. I told them that I had a outlet that keeps blowing turning off the refrigerator and the ******* room. I called back and told the lady that the outlet is a GFI and that the other outlet was directly on outside of trailer. The tech fixes the 1 gfi in dining room, I tell him that the other problem is the electric outlet directly through wall on outside needed to be tied into the inside out let he just fixed. While I go out to o see if the supervisor is outside at the outlet. He was in his truck. I come back in and the guy has the back of my refrigerator back off the unit and has both hands in the back of fridge. I said "what are you doing in the back of my fridge? I want straight out to supervisor and asked why his tech is in the back of my fridge. He comes in here while the tech is putting the back back on. I again say what about the outside outlet. I ask him to walk back and show me. It holds a tool up there I see it's red and he says itt working fine. I turn around to get a hair dryer. He says where is the the other gfi? I tell him it's in bathroom and he go in checks it, says it's good. His supervisor checks it and says it's bad and tells the tech. After he fixes it, I tell kid that he needs to go out back to check that outlet. I go outside to test the outlet and ask about the bill but both electric guys and cans we're gone. I have a outlet not working and now a refrigerator that Will work only on propane because it's wired through the outside outlet GFI. I have called and called because I need that outside outlet fixed. That was the whole reason for calling. I realize they didn't charge me they Did Not fix my problem. Very Sad.

      As the owner of our company, I can confidently say that this person's version of the story is not the way we do business. We have 12 year's worth of positive reviews to prove that.

      This customer called our emergency line on a Sunday and said that she did not have any power for five days. She also told my technician that she was "about to have a nervous breakdown". She also said that she did not have any money, but that she could borrow it from her neighbor.

      We told her that we would call her first thing in the morning and see what we could do to help her out.

      When my office manager spoke with her the next morning, one of the things she stated was that her refrigerator was not working but that she only paid $300 for it.

      When my guys arrived that day, it was found that she did have power, but that only a few of the outlets weren't working since it flooded during the hurricane. Our company spent time troubleshooting and replaced two GFI receptacles, but it was determined that there was wiring problems under the trailer.

      After being there an hour, I was told by my technician that she was blaming us for her refrigerator not working saying that we broke it. It was obvious that the refrigerator had not been working because it was warm inside the main part and inside the freezer was room temperature. This was after she told my office manager that her refrigerator was not working earlier in the day.

      At that point in time, I told my guys to wrap it up because I felt that we had done all that we could for this person and that we were being accused of something that we had not done.

      We never charged her any money for our labor or for the materials that we supplied.
